You remembered that day. It haunted you; had you waking up crying or in cold sweats. It hurt you, badly. It was as if a piece of you was missing after it.

You could only think back to everything that happened.

"Corazon! It's not safe out here!" You shouted, covering Law with your coat as the seas waves raged and the pouring rain was relentless.

"We can't let him die. We're too close!" Corazon protested. You could only look down at the small boy sleeping in your fluffy coat.

You watched as he occasionally shivered before looking up at Corazon.

"It's me, you, and Law. We'll steal the ope ope fruit and make enemies of the whole world." Corazon said, huddling close to you as he looked down at the child.

The determination he had...

"Cora, please. You can't go alone." You protested. The blonde took off his beanie, placing it on your head as he lifted your chin, kissing you lovingly.

"I can't put you in danger. You and Law are the only people I have now." He said as he engulfed you in a big hug before running off.

You turned around as you heard shuffling through the snow. Law stood behind you, wrapped in a blanket as he looked almost betrayed.

"Don't worry Law...Cora will be back." You said as you crouched down to the boy, smiling kindly.

A kiss before a disaster...

You held onto Law in the box, silently crying as you listened to the conversation. Remember his smile...Law wailed in your arms as you opened the box slightly to peek out.

You saw Corazon facing his own brother, Doflamingo's gun pointed at him. Your eyes widened as you quickly hurried to get out of the box.

You watched as that sadistic grin creeped onto Doffy's face. His tongue creeped out of his mouth as you heard the gun fire multiple times.

...No!

It hurt so bad.

You ran over to Corazon as he begin to fall back, Doffy drawing his gun back as he watched you catch your dying lover.

"Take this as a warning. Don't betray the family." Doflamingo said as he began to laugh.

The man walked away, feeling no remorse. You laid Corazon in the snow, resting his head on your lap as Law forced himself out of the box, rushing over to Corazon as he cried.

It was dead silent, yours and Laws sobs filling the bubble as you gave Corazon a final kiss with the last 'I love you' before watching his life fade from him.

His bubble disappeared and Laws sobs became loud and clear to everyone else. You couldn't bare to watch as Law tried to save Corazon with his fruit.

Why did he have to leave you so early? You hated the world for taking him from you. You hated Doflamingo for taking away your lover.

You were forced down the halls of the castle, your arms in seaprism stone shackles as you were brought in front of the man himself. His servants forced you to your knees and stood behind you as he looked at you menacingly.

"It's taken me so long to catch you. Being on the run with that brat for years and years and now I finally have you." He grinned.

"Am I gonna get the same punishment as Cora? You're gonna shoot me too for being a traitor? Go ahead. Shoot me." You spat angrily.

Doflamingo stared at the heart tattoo you had on your chest with Corazon's name in it. He growled at the sight as he stood up, drawing his gun from his side as he pointed it at you.

Before he could fire, the doors busted open and you heard 'Room!' behind you as a large bubble circled the room. You noticed a man in a long jacket charged at Doflamingo.

Your eyes widened at you saw the back of his jacket. It read 'Corazon'. You began to tear up as the man looked back at you. It was Law, your adoptive son.

It had been years since you last saw him. You couldn't help but cry as he spoke up with a smile.

"Hello, mom."
