I did a comment about me misunderstanding self-help as study books with examples. Then in another paragraph, I mentioned that I stopped reading them (self-helps) and I focus solely on the Bible. But one replied and told me that what I described self-help books is actually study books (this is meant on the first paragraph) and encourage me to keep on reading those (I don’t know what ‘those’ means so I replied...)

Ahh, another learning. Thank you!
I think I have something to clarify, I never stopped reading or watching study books or study videos. I always have this excitement when I see a bookshelf or books.
But I stopped reading the real self-help books because I am a babe and I needed to drink milk of the Word of God. I need to learn more about God not the god of this world. I need to have foundation in Christ to stand against the treat of the enemy that might hinder me to Glorify God. Maybe someday I will read them to learn more about the cultures of this world, different worldviews, people's thoughts, and more that I might be able to write down in my books.
