TW: throwing up, homophobia
Eliza woke up, and turned over. She saw Pip in between her and Alexander, and Alexander was facing her.
Then, she felt a terrible churning feeling in her stomach. She ran to the bathroom, but unfortunately could not make it to the toilet.

She finished right in front of the sink and Alexander ran up behind her, rubbing her back as she sobbed into her hands. "I'm sorry, Alex! I ruined everything!" She cried.
Alexander sighed lightly and held her. He was getting used to her crazy emotions. "You didn't ruin anything. The bathroom is perfectly fine. We just need to clean it." He explained carefully and pulled her closer to him, being extra gentle.

“Okay, I’m so sorry!”
“You don’t have to apologize.” He cleaned the vomit, and pulled her close in the bed, with Pip sleeping with his teddy bear next to them. “I’m sorry-“ Alexander kissed her head. “What did I just say?” He said it in a joking voice so she could understand that he wasn’t mad at her, but it didn’t work.

Eliza turned away from him and sobbed into the pillow. "If you hate me so much, just leave!" She cried. Pip woke up from the noise but he didn't cry. He just snuggled closer to his mom and gave her his toy.
"Make Mommy better-" he whispered to it before handing it to her. Eliza stopped crying and stared at the toy, then Pip, then back to the toy.
"Pip, why did you give me your bear-?",

“To make mommy better.” He smiled as Alexander felt horrible. “I’m so sorry, Eliza”, he whispered, pulling her into his lap. “I just hate my stupid emotions!”, she sobbed into his chest. Alexander looked over at Pip, “stay in your room for a minute, and then I’ll make you waffles, okay?”

Pip nodded and went back to his room, leaving his toy with his mom. Alexander held Eliza close and rocked her. "I will never leave you, Eliza. I promise you. I will always be Pip and baby's dad and I want to be more than your boyfriend- but if you're not ready for that, that is totally fine. I would wait millions of years for you just to call you my wife."

Eliza smiled and blushed at that, resting her head on his shoulder. “I-I never saw myself being a famous actor’s wife…” she giggled into his neck. “Well, famous or not, I still love you for your looks and especially because of your personality.” Eliza then frowned. “But… but I’m ugly-“
“Lies.” He kissed her forehead. “N-name one part of me that’s beautiful…” Alexander could tell she was getting emotional again.

"You have to promise me not to cry then." He said as a joke. Eliza nodded and quickly wiped away all her tears from her eyes. "I love your hair, your eyes, your nose, your hips, your breasts, your waist, your thighs, your height especially." Eliza started laughing, "But I'm short!" "That's the point!"

Eliza smiled as he rubbed her breasts softly, “now what do you want for breakfast, love?”, he asked gently. “Waffles. Like Pip will have, but plain. I don’t want to get sick.” He nodded and held her hand, leading her to Pip's room, where he was playing with his dollhouse, making two girl barbies kiss each other. “Whatcha doin’ bud?”, Alexander asked.

"Playing dolls." He answered and continued on. "What are the dolls' names?" Alexander asked and sat on the floor beside Pip. "That one is me and the other one is Georges. I don't have any boy barbies so I say that they dress like girls but are actually boys." He explained happily the best he could. Alexander smiled and nodded. "That's great, bud."

“Can I please have waffles now?”, he asked. Eliza and Alexander smiled. “Of course.” Eliza picked him up and they carried him downstairs, and Alexander turned on Nickelodeon for him, as Eliza got the waffle iron out.

Pip held onto his toys and continued playing and talking to himself as the show played in the background. Eliza and Alexander danced around the kitchen to the songs from the shows as they made the waffles. They tried not to make a mess but things happened. Also, Eliza splattered some batter at Alexander which became a bigger mess than it should have.

“I’m sorry!”, she said, looking like she felt bad. “It’s alright, my love.” He cleaned himself and the floor, and the counter, and the waffle iron dinged.
“So Pip…”, Alexander said as they were eating their waffles. “Eliza and I have a day off from work-“
“Yay!”
“But you’re still going to preschool today.”
“Nooo! I’m scared of those mean boys!” Alexander sighed and ruffled his hair. “If anything happens, tell us. But if you go to school today, we will go to the park after!” Pip smiled. “Okay!” He gobbled up his waffles. “Can I bring my barbies?”

"Of course you can, Pip." Eliza said and finished her breakfast as Alexander cleaned up the table. "Go get dressed and we'll get you to school in daddy's cool car!" She said and Alexander looked at her for a second but decided it better not to argue.

Eliza got Pip dressed into a yellow shirt and white pants, wearing red Velcro shoes. Pip got both of his barbies that he was playing with that morning, bringing them downstairs. “Ready to go?”, Alexander asked. “Yeah!”, Pip smiled, making his barbies kiss each other as Eliza strapped him in his car seat. Eliza shut the Tesla door, and got in the passenger seat, turning on Disney Songs.

"Can we listen to Elsa songs?" Pip asked hopefully. Eliza nodded and played Into The Unknown for him. He tried to sing along the best he could and clapped along happily with his barbies.
When they got to the school, Alexander lifted Pip out and took him into the preschool with Eliza. Pip immediately ran to show his friends his barbies and the two parents left before any of the drama started.

“What do you wanna do?”, Alexander asked, getting in the car. “Hmm…” Eliza tapped her chin, “wanna maybe go to the mall? I’ll surprise Pip with Build-A-Bear and look at some stuff for the babies room!” Alexander smiled, “good idea.” They drove onto the highway.
“That’s so cool!”, Georges said, hugging Pip as Theo clapped, “May I hold one of them?”, she asked. “Yeah!” He gave her one of the Barbies. “Barbies are for girls!”, George said, coloring in his coloring book. “What are their names, anyway? Dummy and Stupid?”, Simon asked. “No… their names are Philip and Georges”, Pip said before making the Barbies kiss each other again.

Eliza laughed as she walked out of the mall holding a few bags while Alexander held the rest. He refused to let her carry more than 3 bags because of the baby.
"You're going to drop something." She laughed at him and tried to take a few things from him but he refused again and put the bags in the car. "I was fine. Let's just go pick up Pip."
They drove to the preschool and went to Pip's classroom only to see the same two boys that were being mean to him the last time, doing it again. Only this time, they pulled the heads, arms and legs off Pips barbies and called him very bad words that they shouldn't even know.

Mrs. French ran over from talking to another kid about why they shouldn’t push people off the slides as she finished putting another kids bandaid on, and ran over. “George! Simon! Where did you learn those words? Give Philip back his Barbies right this instant!” Simon gave Pip back the torsos of the Barbies, dropping all the limbs and heads on the ground. “You are in time out!”, Mrs. French scolded. “I will be having a very serious discussion with your parents about this!” George and Simons eyes widened, “no please don’t tell our parents!”, They cried defensively. “Time out. Now.”
Pip cried into Alexander’s chest, as Eliza put the Barbie parts in a ziploc bag she found in a cabinet. “I will help your Barbies after the park.” They waved goodbye to Georges and Theo.

"Mommy… what does gay mean?" Pip asked quietly when they were in the car again. "Well- when a boy loves another boy and not girls, that is gay. But if a boy or girl likes girls and boys then that's bisexual, like daddy. And if a girl likes other girls and not boys, that's a lesbian." She explained, hoping he would understand.
"Is gay a bad thing-?" He asked after a moment of silence. "No never. It's never a bad thing." She said.

“But why were those boys saying that I love Georges is a bad thing?”, Pip whimpered. “Because they are wrong. You can love whoever you want”, Alexander said, focusing on the road. “S-so you’re b-bi…” Alexander smiled softly and nodded. “Do you still wanna go to the park?”, Eliza asked. “Yeah.”

Alexander parked and got Pip out of the car. He held onto a stuffed animal he found in one of the shopping bags. Eliza watched as Pip raced to the playground and got on the swing with no help. She ran after him and pushed him on the swing happily. "The perfect ending to a not so perfect day." Alexander said and took pictures of the two.
