Darby's POV-

Something was up with Hayleigh. I don't know if she's giving in to all this CM Punk hype or what because she's constantly watching his matches and promos, and when she's playing her music she'll play a few of his old themes and now she's wearing one of her old Punk shirts while we're in Chicago.

Pushing those thoughts aside, I turned my full focus on just Hayleigh as I took her out. I'm really trying to do more of the "boyfriend" type things, or, whatever the hell you'd call it. Hayleigh tells me all the time that I do more than enough for her, but I can't help but give in to the voice in the back of my head that was telling me the exact opposite.

While we were at dinner, we made plans for when we got back home. We wanted to redecorate the bedroom and whatnot. It wasn't anything too exciting. But I brought up the idea of possibly putting in a mini skate park in the backyard. It wasn't like we didn't have enough room or anything. Hayleigh wasn't opposed to the idea and I wasn't planning on going overboard with it or anything. At least, not yet anyway. And I wouldn't be able to do it for a few months, so just throwing out some ideas was pretty harmless.

We had a few other casual conversations as we wrapped up at the restaurant. Once we left we went straight back to the hotel. While we made our way up to our room, I decided to shoot a couple of Cameos with Hayleigh for a few fans. At first, she didn't want to be in them, but I was able to quickly convince her too. There were actually a few people that requested her to be in them too. I don't think Hayleigh realizes just how many people, minus the ones closest to her, really love her. She was so over with the fans it was insane! Literally everyone, as far as I knew, absolutely adored her. Hayleigh was more sociable with the fans than I was. I'll admit, I'm kind of awkward at the meet and greets and stuff of that nature, but those things were natural to Hayleigh. The way she'd connect with fans in person was definitely something else. Especially with kids. Kids absolutely loved her. That's why I never understood why she'd sometimes shy away from shooting cameos with me or doing little promo ads for either meet and greets or even my Hoodlum stuff.

It was something I was working on breaking her from.

When we finally made it back to our room, I unlocked the door, allowing Hayleigh to go in first. She takes her jacket off, neatly folding it and placing it on the table before she went to her makeup bag and grabbed her makeup wipes. I watched as she went into the bathroom, standing at the sink as she began washing her face.

I took my blazer off and glanced over at her while unbuttoning my shirt.

"You know, I really do think you should do some modeling for the next Hoodlum drop." I casually brought the topic up.

"Why?" Hayleigh asked while drying her face off. "You've done the modeling just fine on your own." She looks back at me, smiling softly as she turns the sink off.

"Well, that's the thing. I know it's my brand, but I still want you involved in some way." I reply, taking my shirt off, and setting it with my blazer.

"You really want me to?" Hayleigh asked while walking back into the room.

"No Hayleigh, I'm just talking shit," I reply sarcastically, making her crack a smile. "Yes, I want you too!"

"I'll think about it."

"Come on, babe. You know you look pretty damn hot in my merch." I winked at her, trying to boost her confidence up a bit.

Hayleigh rolled her eyes playfully. "Don't try to butter me up. You know I'll more than likely do it because, for some reason, I have a difficult time telling your spoiled ass, no." She giggles.
