The SOUL.
It was the embodiment of monsters and humans form, the core of their magic and life.
And yet despite being so connected to their carrier, they functioned as their own being, being able to sense the world around them and make changes to the body to adapt to certain situations. This was, (for the most part) present in every human and, or monster.
And Error was no different.
The Destroyer's SOUL had to make many changes over the centuries for him to accommodate his job, some minor, others major, but either way it all benefited him in the end.
And one of those major changes was sleep.
As the years passed and Error continued to destroy AU's the less amount of sleep his body needed to function. And though while his SOUL couldn't get rid of the need to sleep completely, it certainly could lessen its impact on his performance.
To put it simply, Error had a fucked up sleeping schedule, but that didn't mean he couldn't sleep entirely.
Which was what he was doing now.
Error grunted as he hastily shuffled into his beanbag, his heavy eyelids weighing down on his groggy eyesight. Some of the scars that littered his body reopened and the joints that held him together popped with a satisfying crack as he recklessly moved. While sleeping was a rare occurrence for him, it often happened when he had taken too much damage, and healing all of his wounds would and far too long.
Once Error had finally found a suitable position to sleep in he commanded a string to untangle itself from its bindings, the blue thread releasing a soft blanket that fell next to Error's form. Using his strings, Error snatched the blanket from where it landed and wrapped it around him before tying himself up in more of his strings.
With that Error finally allowed his sockets to drift a close and his face to soften. It wasn't long before he was fully asleep, and it took an even shorter amount of time for soft, corrupted, snores to echo out from the anti-void.

And were done! This took my awhile to get started on because of all the low energy I had, but I did end up getting this finished! I didn't really know where to go for the prompt of this chapter so I just settled with Error finally getting some rest. Like yesterday I don't really have much to say so I hope you enjoyed and till next time!
