Have you ever wondered what would happen if the Wings of Fire characters were human? Join Moon, Kinkajou, Qibli, Winter, Turtle and a new character while they go through High School and live their lives.
This is going to be a short chapter, of Ash getting back at Anemone. Up top is a Ash aesthetic background (don't tell, but it is actually a Prince Cliff background. I'm pretending it is ash).
Warning: This is kind of cheesy...I'm not proud of it
Ash's POV
After school, I went over to Pike. Luckily, Anemone wasn't there. He put his phone away when I came up to him. "Hey." He said. "Hello, Pike." I flashed him a smile and laughed. "You're funny." I was wearing a tight crop top and short skirt, and I could tell he liked that.
I tripped, and he automatically caught me. He was wearing a tank top, and I could see his strong muscles. "Woah, you're strong. Thanks." I placed my hand on his shoulder and kissed him on his cheek. I could tell he wanted more. I flipped my hair and slowly walked past him, praying that he would stop me and the plan would work.
"Wait!" Pike ran up to me and grabbed my hand. "Do you want to go to the library and work on our English project?" "I would love to!" I blinked my eyes at him. "I would like some help from a strong, smart, handsome teen like you." He blushed. "I'll see you at 3?" "I'll be there." I squeezed his hand, and walked away.
3:00 in the afternoon, at the library
When I got to the library, Pike was waiting for me. Good. I tripped on the first stair, and he caught me again. "Lucky you were there!" I smiled up at him. "I probably should carry you." Pike picked he up in his arms, and I laughed. He went running up the steps into the library and put me down.
We went to the couch in the back, and he sat down. I (intentionally) tripped, and fell into his lap. "Oh, sorry. I should get up." I worriedly said. "No, you're fine. In fact, I would prefer you sit here." Pike stared at me starry eyed. "I like to do this with cute girls I like." "So you think I'm cute? And you like me?" I asked. "I more than like you. I am in love with you." I put my arms around him and we kissed. Harder than Anemone had kissed him.
"Do you want to be with me?" He asked. "Of course." I replied, stroking his face. I was lying, of course. This was to get Anemone back for doing all those mean things to me and my friends. She had been bullying Kinkajou and I for our whole lives. There was someone else I would rather be with, but this will do for now.
We went to Pike's house, because no one was ever there. As soon as we got to a bedroom, I leaped on him. I will spare the rest of the details. After an hour, a knocking sounded at the door. We went to get whoever's there. I was on Pike's back, laughing. Pike opened the door to find Anemone.
"Ash?" Anemone scowled. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY BOYFRIEND!?" "Your boyfriend?" I innocently asked. "What is she talking about? I thought you're my boyfriend." "I never said you were my girlfriend." Pike told Anemone. "Ash is my beautiful, smart, amazing, perfect girlfriend. I love her, not you." He pulled me to him and kissed me.
Anemone screamed, and yelled insults at us, even threw her shoe! But we didn't stop kissing. More like Pike didn't stop kissing me. Finally, she wrenched Pike from me and planted her lips on his. Pike tore himself away. "I will never like you again." He hissed at Anemone. "You dirty, evil, devil. I never want to see you again." He pulled me inside, slammed the door, and kissed me again. Through the window I saw Anemone running off in the direction of Trinity's house.
I pulled back, annoyed (also kind of glad I have a way to break up with him without hurting him). "Can you not?" I asked. He pulled back, surprised. "I'm sorry, but I only want to be with good guys. I like you, but I don't like what you did to Anemone. She's often annoying, but not that annoying."
"But I thought you wanted to be with me." Pike said. "I want to be with the person I thought you were." I replied, closing my eyes. No, I didn't want to be with him at all. But he would never know it. I hugged him one last time, then ran off in the direction Anemone had went.
I ran up to Trinity's house, then knocked on the door. On the way there, I had called some reinforcements. I had some others on hold, just in case I need them. Moon and Kinkajou were next to me as Trinity opened the door.
"What do you want?" She asked us, irritated. I could hear crying in the other room. "Is Anemone here? And if she is, can we see her?" Moon asked. Trinity nodded and led us up the stairs and into her bedroom. Anemone was there, lying on a blue couch, crying.
I went up to her, but she ignored me. "Look, I'm sorry. I was just trying to get back at you for what you said." Anemone scowled at me. "Without you, I would have had a perfect boyfriend." I sighed and pressed a button on my phone. Time for reinforcements.

Anemone's POV
Qibli and Winter stood in the doorway, and they were looking, like, hot. They were wearing tank tops, which showed off their handsome muscles. I almost fainted. Qibli crossed the room and knelt beside me, and made me almost swoon more.
"Hey," He said softly. Everyone left the room, giving us privacy. "I'm sorry what they did to you. They are even more sorry than me. They didn't mean for it to end like that. Actually, Pike is a big jerk. He got on the football team because no one else would try out." Qibli hugged me, and it lasted for a while. I sobbed into his shoulder, and smelled his wonderful scent, the smell of spices, and felt his warmth.
"You know," Qibli said. "I would love for you to be my girlfriend, if I didn't already like someone else." I raised my head up to look at him. "Will you forgive them?" He asked. "Only if you make out with me." "Fine. Not make out, but I will kiss you. This doesn't mean I like you." Then, he kissed me. It felt like I was flying on the moon. I wanted to do this forever. But it ended after a second.
We parted, and I smiled at him slyly. "You like that?" I asked. "Do you forgive them?" He asked. "Obvi." (obvi stands for obviously) I said, rolling my eyes. Qibli left, and Trinity came rushing in. "Are you ok, girlfriend?" She asked me. "Obvi! Qibli kissed me!" She squealed, and we jumped up and down. I explained to her what happened, and she understood the Qibli just did it to make me feel better.
Well, kind of.
You will have to wait to see the next chapter! It will not come out for a while. I will wait until someone pesters me and gets mad.
