Chapter 25

Dre'Anna's POV

  It's been 6 months since the talent show. Christmas and our birthdays had came by. They were perfect! Ky had took me to the Bahamas and all. I'm in love with her.

  Right now we're about to walk that stage and get our diplomas. A tear trailed down my cheek as I sat in that seat waiting for my name to be called. Ky sat a couple seats ahead of me because her last name started with a G. They called the last name Grayson and Ky was next.

   "Skyanni Grey.." the announcer called. My baby stood up and mouthed I love you to me.. I mouthed I love you too and she walked across. She held her hands up as our mom's and siblings cheered for her. I saw a tear fall from her eye cause I knew that she was thinking about the 19 years she's been on this earth.

  As I sat there waiting for my name to be called I thought about Aj. That girl had went on a rampage. Raping a lot of girls and putting her hands on them. Ky told me she saw them leaving the school in handcuffs and ankle shackles. Last I heard she was in a mental home.

  Finally they got to the J's and I was the first one. "Dre'Anna Jackson!" They called. I walked up the three steps and held my hands high. I thanked god and tears fell from my eyes. This has to be the greatest day of my life. I grabbed my diploma, shook the principals' hand and walked back to my seat. After a looong wait they called Ly and shortly after they called Erin. They both cried. All of our parents sat together cheering for all of us. Over the months they got to know each other and became close friends.

  Finally the ceremony was over and my posse went to Baskin Robbins. The food was spectacular. The games were even better! I had an amazing time with my friends.

  I fell for Ky more each second I spent with her. After dinner we finished packing our stuff and packed it all into the U-Haul.

   "I'm gonna miss you drea." Drevon called as I got in my car. I got out and went to hug him. I kissed him and promised him ill be back before he knew it. I hugged and kissed my mom and took one last look at our house then I left for Ky's house.

  There she loaded her things onto the U-Haul and cried her eyes out. My baby so sensitive. I stood at the back of the U-Haul with Ky's head on my chest. She cried so much. You'd think the fem of the relationship would be acting like this but nope. My crybaby was doing all the crying.

  Her mom and siblings came out to hug her goodbye. She reassured them that she'll be back soon and we all hugged and cried. Then we were off.. one of the U-Haul movers drove Ky's car, the others drove in the U-Haul, and we drove in my car.

  Over the months we did research on some places to move to. We decided on moving to West Palm Beach because it's closer than Clearwater.

  On the road I sung to Ky as she laid on my lap as I drove. My baby was sad she left but happy she can start over. I rubbed through her hair and reassured her that we will be okay. Our lives were just getting started.

  Erin and Ly will be moving up here in a few months. They didn't have all their money to move so they stayed behind. Ky and I had $30,000. Her mom and my mom gave us $10,000 a piece. The other $10,000 was saved up by us.

  As I drove to West Palm Beach I said, "Life Couldn't Get Any Better."❤
