Warning : SMUT
HARRY'S POV
Marlie had been disconnected for the past couple of days. It seemed she had something playing on her mind. She was unable to hold my gaze for more than a split second and her hands constantly fidgeted. She scratched at the soft skin of her wrists as a sign of nervousness as I could see the raised red marks all over them. I hoped it wasn't because she still felt embarrassed about what happened in my room. There was nothing to be embarrassed about, I made sure I kept telling her, but it didn't seem to make her edginess subside. There had to be more to it.
Marlie was slaving away over the cooker having opted to try her hand at cooking us a meal. I heard her quietly singing to herself. I leant against the doorframe, listening intently to the angelic voice echoing around the kitchen. I didn't recognise the song but she sounded beautiful.
"You didn't tell me you could sing."
Marlie jumped at the sound of my voice, not expecting me to be in the room. She didn't turn, she only looked over her shoulder and threw me a smile, showing off her perfect, white teeth.
"Dinner is nearly ready." she said as she turned back to cooking.
Even with the smile she had given me I could still see that something wasn't quite right. I left her to finish up in the kitchen and went into my bedroom in search of her bag. I rummaged around inside until I found her phone. When I pressed the centre button a message displayed itself of the screen. It was from Jasmine.
"From : Jaz
Just 2 weeks until they meet again. Hope you're ready."
I stood confused for a second but then it hit me. A sick feeling rose in my stomach, but it wasn't about my own welfare, it was Marlie's. She was scared. That's why she had been acting so strangely.
I was quick to throw the phone into her bag again when I heard her voice call my name. I pushed my frustration aside so as not to alarm her that I knew what was going on. Marlie's bright smile gleamed as she placed to the two plates of food on the table. She was more than proud of her achievements.
Even with us sitting face to face, Marlie's eyeline still found other things much more interesting than my gaze. I watched her as she took a deep breath before she picked up her chair and moved it closer to mine.
"What are you up to?"
"Nothing." she giggled, but I could see the mischief piercing her silvery gaze.
Marlie then placed her small hand onto my leg. The small warmth slowly moved upwards. I shifted in my chair. She began to giggle at the reaction she was getting from me. Her hand reached my crotch and she halted her actions but when I looked at her, it wasn't because she was scared, she was waiting for the right moment.
MARLIE'S POV
For the first time in the last couple of days, I held Harry's emerald gaze hostage with my own. I could see him desperately trying to figure out my next move. It gave me a rush seeing him fluster instead of it being me. I leaned in closer to him, almost as if I was going to unite our lips but as soon as I saw him begin to forget about the placement of my hand and concentrate more on the kiss, I brushed my hand over his crotch. He jumped slightly, almost knocking the glass of water off the table.
"So how does it feel when you're not in control?" I teasingly whispered into his ear.
"I'm always in control." he hotly replied, trying to take hold of me by my hips.
"Nah-uh, not this time, Styles."
It had taken me days to conjure up the bravery to try again. As I pulled Harry from his chair and towards his bedroom, the dimpled smirk he held on his face made him look almost innocent. He followed me inside, pushing the door closed behind him. I quickly closed the gap between us.
