(A/N: Hello, everyone. Sorry for the long wait. This is just a warning that there is a smut scene in this chapter. Anyway, I hope you enjoy.)

Season 1, Episode 3: Imperfect Harmony

"Okay, Bud, go ahead." Hiccup says to Toothless once we go and gather all the others in our room.

"Whoa." Astrid says, sitting on the bed next to me.

"Amazing." Snotlout says.

"Whoa." The Twins say. "Cool."

"Definitely worth getting up for." Fishlegs says.

I shift around so my head is in Astrid's lap. Astrid's fingers start running through my hair. I sigh and snuggle really close to her.

"Fishlegs, can you make any of it out?" Hiccup asks.

Fishlegs moves over to where Hiccup described the projection to be. Basically, when shown through dragon fire, a purple image is projected onto the wall.

"There are parts of maps and symbols, nothing I've seen before." Fishlegs says. "And there's writing, but it's in a language I've never read before."

"What's that thing?" Snotlout asks.

"Must be some kind of travel crest or something." Hiccup says.

"Ooh, I like that way better than our tribal crest." Tuff says.

"Tiff, we don't have a tribal crest." I say as I yawn. I wrap my arms around Astrid's waist, trying to pull her closer to me.

"Well, we should." Ruff says.

"Yeah, and it should be that." Tuff concludes.

"Hiccup, this map, you realize it—"

"Goes Beyond the boundaries of the archipelago." Hiccup says, finishing for Fishlegs.  "Oh, I know."

There's a brief silence, until Astrid asks, "So what's our next move?"

(Time Skip)

"Look at this!" Hiccup says. "There are maps we've never seen, writing we can't read, dragons we don't recognize."

"It's- it's incredible!" I stammer. "This Dragon Eye— this is proof that there is a whole other world out there."

"A world that must be explored." Hiccup finishes.

It's now morning and Hiccup and I are presenting this to the council and Dad. After falling asleep next to a certain blond viking, my perspective of the Dragon Eye changed.

Don't blame me, I was tired. Everyone gets cranky when they're tired.

"This sure beats normal council business." Gobber says.

"It's all right, lads, you can speak your mind." Dad says. "We're a council, after all. That's why we're here."

"We've been at peace for three years." Snotlout's dad, Spitelout, says. "Best years on Berk I can remember. I think you know as well as I do that when you go looking for trouble, you usually find it."

"I'm with Spitelout." Sven says. "If that Dragon Eye we just to unknown places and new wild dragons, then no good will come from any of that."

"I completely disagree, Sven." I say. "Look around you. How can you say that no good can come from discovering new species of dragons?"

"If they're out there, we have to find them." Hiccup says.

"If there's anything you and the other writers should be doing, it's hunting down Dagur and putting him back in jail where he belongs." Spitelout says.
