You were scared to go near him. There was noise echoing all over the place. You steadied your heart and took a deep breath before walking to his room.
"Heeseung wha-"

The impact of his palm hitting your cheek caused you to stumble and fall backwards.
Tears flowed down your eyes as you looked up at him in disbelief and hurt. He promised you that he'll never hurt you ever again. But here he is!
He was filled with remorse and regret when he realized what he just did.
He immediately knelt down in front of you and tried to caress your cheek but you moved backwards.
"Lo- I'm so sorry, babe. I didn't- I shouldn't have. Damn! What's wrong with me?! Why did I take out my anger in you???"
He stopped talking to himself and stared at you, his eyes filled with sorrow and regret.
He inched closer to you and held your hand. You looked at him, whimpering. He mouthed "I'm sorry" and kissed your hand.
He then slowly, gently pulled you in for a hug. He rubbed you back and whispered apologies on your ear while you wept on his shoulder.

He was home back after a heated argument with his gang members and murdering them.
"You're a loathsome gangster. Nobody likes you. No one ever will. Even the girl you kidnapped doesn't love you. You forced her to love you. No one can ever like a monster like you. Mark my words!"
All those words said by the person before Jay killed him ruthlessly keeps plaguing his mind.
Just then you came downstairs to see him. Blood-stained clothes, 6 feet tall guy fuming with anger, isn't the most pleasant sight at this hour.
You saw him like this before too but he never looked this mad. You decided to quietly head back to your room.
But you were stopped by his voice calling out your name. You stopped dead in your tracks and turned around to face him. He came closer to you, his face inches apart from yours.
