He was really worried about you. You were not your usual self. You seemed cold and distant. He thought that maybe talking about it would make you feel better.
He held your hand and made you sit down and be comfortable.
"From the last few days you seem a bit off. I hope everything is fine. If not, I'm always here to listen. I won't force you to tell me what's wrong but talking about things and letting them out of your chest always makes you feel better. Just know that I'm always here..."
You smiled as a tear escaped your eyes. He hugged you tight as more tears flowed down your face. You talked to him about it as he cuddled you to sleep and kissed your tears away. The next morning you felt a lot better and were happy once again like before.

Jay
He saw you being cold and was really worried. He immediately wanted you to come back to your usual self. So he did things to make you laugh. But to no avail. Finally after trying for hours, he was frustrated and talked to you about it.
"What's wrong? Why are you so cold these days? Is everything alright? No. Certainly not! What is it? Why don't you tell me? Talking about it would be better right? Why aren't you saying something?"
He realized that he was being too loud when at this moment, he should be the one listening. He sat down beside you and looked at you earnestly.
"Please tell me about it. What can I do to make things better?"
You shook your head and went to your room and plopped on your bed. After a few minutes, Jay came to your room, smiling ear to ear.
"It's alright if you don't wanna talk. Here, I made your favourite food. I know that good food can always make you happy. I'm sure it will make you feel better."
You smiled faintly at his efforts and began eating. The food was indeed good as it instantly made you feel much better. The rest of the night went with Jay cuddling you as he talked about all those good times you both spent together in all the months of your relationship so far. He said that he hoped to create many more beautiful memories with you for the rest of his life.
His hope, those beautiful nostalgic memories, the good food, the calm, peaceful night, everything did a lot to make you feel better again.
