Quiet when I'm comin' home and I'm on my own
And I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that
Yeah, I could lie, say I like it like that, like it like that

But nothin' is better sometimes
Once we've both said our goodbyes
Let's just let it go
Let me let you go

Being a celebrity seems like the perfect life everyone craves for. Money, fame, fans, followers, literally you get everything you need. But only they understand what they need to go through everyday.

He was frustrated with everything. His busy schedule which was deteriorating his mental health, family relations, everything.

Finally one day he decided to sneak out from his company without informing anybody. Cause he knew that they'll never let him out without 10 gaurds following him everywhere at all times. He knew his career might be at risk if he gets caught but at this point, he didn't care anymore.

He pulled his hood up, let his bangs down and wore his mask to cover his face from the public and paparazzi as he strutted in the park. It was rather crowded so he went towards the lake where there were few people.

He took off his mask and pulled his hood down. He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply the beautiful fragrance of nature which he had almost forgotten ever since he became an idol. He smiled and let his tears flow down to let his stress out. He just wanted to be happy again.

"Jay Park?"

His eyes widened as soon as he heard someone calling his name. He quickly pulled his hood and put on his mask and turned around to meet those beautiful orbs. She stared back at him in shock. Before she could utter another word, he rushed and covered her mouth.

"Please please don't shout or scream. I'll pay you. Do whatever you want. Just don't make a sound."

She held his hand which was pressed against her mouth and pulled it down.

"Don't worry. I won't tell anyone..."

He sighed in relief and thanked her.

"You look tensed. Celebrity life is stressing you out, isn't it?"

He looked at the distance and nodded.

"Want to talk about it?"

He is a serene, reserved person. But something about her made him trust her. He never opened up to anyone ever before but today he did to this stranger. Her presence was comforting enough.

Cause I'm in a field of dandelions
Wishing on every one that you'll be mine, mine
And I see forever in your eyes
I feel okay when I see you smile, smile
Wishing on dandelions all of the time
Praying to God that one day you'll be mine
Wishing on dandelions all of the time, all of the time

As the day went by, he found himself following her around the city. He liked her. He liked the way she talked. Everything baout her made him feel home. He didn't want to let go of her.

"Jay it's 8:00. You should go if you don't want to get into trouble."

He sighed.

"Before I leave...can I get your number?"

She was taken aback.

"Please don't get me wrong. It's alright if you don't want to...it's just that...I like your presence...sorry-"

"It's (insert phone no.)"

He smiled and shared his phone no. And they walked their separate ways.

Eversince that day, they began hanging out every evening. Slowly, they realised that they were in love.

"Be my girlfriend y/n..."

Oh, won't you stay with me?
'Cause you're all I need
This ain't love it's clear to see
But darling, stay with me

But it was as if destiny had planned something else. On the very second day of their relationship, she found him at her doorsteps, drenched in the rain.

"Jay? Why are you here like this at this hour? Come insi-"

"I'm sorry...I have to leave for a world tour tomorrow and I'll be gone for 6 months. I'm sorry..."

She heard her heart break. Yet she made the brave attempt to conceal her sadness with a smile.
She cupped his face and kissed his wet forehead.

"It's alright Jay. I will always support you no matter what. Don't worry. I'll always wait..."

But it was a lot more difficult than what she had imagined. She would call him every night to hear

"I'm busy now..."

"I can't talk now..."

"I'll call you later..."

"I have to go now..."

Every night she cried herself to sleep, hugging the photo of him close to her chest.

"I miss you Jay...but I don't think I can do this any longer..."

Some mistakes get made
That's alright, that's okay
You can think that you're in love
When you're really just in pain
Some mistakes get made
That's alright, that's okay
In the end it's better for me
That's the moral of the story, babe

One day while she was crying herself to sleep, she heard her doorbell go off. It was pouring outside while thunder and lightning made her shiver and flinch. Who was here at this hour?

She wiped her tears off and made her way to the front door of her house. She opened her front door and was taken aback to see her boyfriend standing in front of her. His hood, bangs and mask covering most of his handsome, chiseled face just like the day they met.

"Jay...?"

"Surprise love."

He walked inside and took his raincoat off.

"Jay...how are you here...?"

He walked towards her and pulled her close to him. He held her face lovingly as he stared deep into her eyes.

"All my life, I was searching for what I love. I thought that maybe my love is being an idol. But after I met you, I realised that what I was missing was not fame and popularity but you... You are all I need. And I would leave everything behind just to jave you. Everything. All I wnat is to live a normal life with you sweetheart and I made the biggest decision of my life to leave all my fame and luxury to start a life of my own with you. Cause you're mine. And my world, my universe, will always be you..."
