(Your first meet with Maknae Line)

Sunoo

Early in the morning when everyone was unwillingly trickling to their classes, there was this one person, the sunshine of every highschool. Kim Sunoo. He ran around the place greeting everyone a great morning and throwing compliments. You could tell that he loved people and everyone loved him as well. Who can't love their sunshine after all? Everyone but he himself. He hated himself for what he was. He hated himself for being a vampire. He hated how he had to kill innocent people and take lives just so that he could survive.

Suddenly his eyes fell on Y/N. He could feel his pupils dilate, the goosebumps popping through his skin and his mouth went agape.

"Who's she?" He muttered

"Must be a new student. A transfer?" His friend replied.

"What's her name?"

"Yah yah Kim Sunoo. Did you forget the rule you set for yourself? You said that you wouldn't fall for a human. Ever."

Sunoo sighed and pouted sadly. He nodded and looked back up at her.

"I know. I won't fall for her. I just wanna get close to her. I wanna be her friend."

You were way too busy on the book clutched on your hands to notice where you're going. You bumped into somebody and sent all your supplies flying.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't see where I was going."

You said but it came out as a mutter as you started picking your things up. No worries cause he heard, being a vampire with acute hearing. He dropped down and started helping you.

"Oh no it's my fault. I should have made way for you."

You looked up at him to meet those beautiful amber eyes staring at you. They broke into tiny crescents as he beamed at you. What a beautiful smile! You returned the smile and began picking up your stuff.

"The nocturnals: a guide about Vampires"

You looked up at him as he read the title out to you. He looked at you perplexed.

"You're studying about vampires?"

You took the book from his hands and stood up

"Yeah people think I'm crazy to believe that vampires do exist and I'm tired of explaining it to them that they are real."

"But they are real..."

You looked at him as he got up.

"I can help you study about Vampires."

You beamed. Finally someone who doesn't think that you're weird and wants to help you out!

"Really?! That's great!"

The days went by. You both got closer as they began talking about vampires. He knew a lot more than you ever imagined. One day you asked him.

"How'd you know so much?"

He hesitated and sighed.

"Promise me you won't be afraid."

You shook your head.

"I won't"

He got up and closed his eyes. He opened them back again to reveal that his honey hazel orbs have transformed into bloody crimson ones.
He parted his lips to reveal his fangs. You gasped.

"Sunoo..."

He sighed and looked down.

"I'm sorry. I should've warned you before. I shouldn't have hidden the truth for so long. It's okay if you hate me. I hate myself too. I hate the fact that I have to kill people so that I can survive. I'm sorry. But don't worry I'll never hurt you. Or anyone from school."
