(For people who don't know Edward Nashton is the riddler)
It was another rainy night in Gotham. Currently 3:42am you were sitting with a coffee reading a book waiting for your favourite regular Edward. A few minutes go by then you hear the familiar sound of the bell going of signalling that a customer has arrived you look up to see him Edward Nashton one of the kindest and most attractive people you know you every time he arrives you always study his soft facial features one of the many things that made you fall in love with him as he steps in the door he says "hello y/n" you smile at him "hey Ed how are you?" "I'm great now that I'm at my favourite place with my favourite person"he says pointing at you blush at his comment "I- uh thank you is it just the regular for you tonight?" "Yes please y/n" you smile at him "coming right up" you say while grabbing a mug and pouring coffee into it then cutting a slice of pumpkin pie for him "here you go" you say while placing the mug and plate in-front of him "thank you y/n" after Ed takes a sip of his coffee "oh y/n I have a new riddle" he tells you "let me hear" "What can fill a room but takes up no space?" You stand there for a moment thinking "Uh is it light?" After you tell him your answer Ed sticks his arms in the air "YES!! Yes thats right well done" you giggle at his enthusiasm "haha well don't act surprised I did learn from the best" he blushes at your comment "well thank you y/n also out of curiosity what book were you reading before I got here" he asks you "oh it's uh the diary of an oxygen thief it's good but also very slow" he takes another bite of pumpkin pie "ahh okay would you recommend it?" he asks while eating more pie "yeah I would, I thought you weren't much of a reader" you say while looking at him "well since you always listen to my riddles I thought maybe I should read a book you enjoy so we have more to talk about" he smiles at you. "Yeah yeah that would be great I can give it right now I've already read it before" you say while handing him the book "thank you y/n" he takes the book from you hand after a few minutes of silence you were cleaning up in the back room as he was finishing his food. You were in the back you heard a voice "y/n!! That's me going" as you hear him you go back to the main room where Ed was "oh okay bye Ed I'll see you tomorrow right" you ask. He looks at you "definitely" you smile "cool see you then have a great morning."
