If I had a flower every time I thought of you, I could walk in my garden forever

Sarah's POV

It's already been a week 5 days to be exact after the engagement party that we crashed, The results of the DNA test of the man who yelled from behind, Chrissy's supposed to be fiancé and of course Dan will now be released. I feel so nervous. If we actually mess up with the info's we got, then we're screwed but I'm actually 99.9% sure that it was spot on, not to mention I paid $20,000 for the tests and shit; that could've been much more expensive if Zach don't have connections.

The morning starts as I hit the alarm clock off and jumped out of bed, I grabbed my towel and placed it on my shoulders as I went down and make some coffee, while waiting for the freshly brewed coffee, I go to the bathroom, take a bath, prepared myself, made breakfast, pour some coffee on the cup, and eat.

Basically what I'd do in a normal morning, as I finished eating my breakfast I washed the dishes and sat on the couch and rests my feet on the coffee table

*Phone Rings*

Just when I was about to rest my phone fucking rang and it's upstairs on the nightstand.

"Augh" I mumbled as I stood up, went upstairs and answer the phone swiftly not looking at who the caller was.

"Hello?" I said in a bit grouchy tone.

"Oh, I'm sorry Ma'am did we bother your sleep? This is actually the head of the LAPD, Andrew Montgomery we'd like to have a word and dinner with you and your friends later around 7pm at Providence; the address is X9XX Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA XXXXX."

"Oh may I ask--"

Before I could say anything the line went dead.

Holy shit are we going to jail? I asked myself as I walked back and forth on my bedroom and finally got tired so I plopped over in my bed. I pulled a pillow that was within my reach, I then buried my face and close my eyes. Now all I can see is darkness, and the deafening sound of silence.

"You're not, you cannot"

"You still have a lot to do, you need to serve justice" I felt someone as if it was whispering in my ear; but as look around I saw no one, it's the same voice that haunted me in my dreams, and the night where I found out about the truth about my grandparents.

I must be hallucinating that's probably it. I reached for my phone and dialled Lily's number; but then I heard a knock on the door.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

"Wait a minute!" I yelled as I jumped out of the bed and went downstairs to get the door.

However the knock was getting faster and irritating; the only person who does that rhythmic irritating fast knocks whenever I'm taking time to open the door is Zach,

"GOD DAMN IT ZACH! IT'S!--" But when I opened the door; to my surprise it was Ed Montgomery.

"How the fuck did you get my address?" I asked in an irritated tone he had a rectangular box on his hand; blue-green box with a red ribbon on the top, which reminds me that it's Christmas tomorrow. Fuck I haven't bought anything for Lily, Zach and Chrissy yet! Just shit.

"Wow. That's a really good Merry Christmas greeting from you." he chuckled innocently as he handed me the present

"Thanks, but-" I was about to give him back the present because first of all were not close, and second of all I hate him, but he insisted and gave me a smile as he said
