Lily's POV

Sarah's just right beside me; but why is it that she seems to be so far? Is she avoiding me? She haven't talk a lot today after that kiss. I... I don't know what to do; this feels like shit. I feel like I'm gonna explode;

"Who's Miss Paulson?" Their professor asks the whole class while carrying their test papers from the previous exam.

"I am." Sarah raised her hand as she stood from her seat.

"Come ere'" their professor said, Sarah went there calmly, my eyes followed her observing her slender figure.

"Hey Lily... Lily are you still there?" Zach waved his hand in front of my face; I snapped out of it and looked sideways to his direction.

"Yeah?" I smiled nervously as he gave me a smirk.

"So about the conversation last night..." Zach said as I remembered what happened last night

"Mom... I'm in love with Sarah" My voice was shaky I don't know how my mom would react to this; It's the first time I felt something like this with the same sex. I did have 2 boyfriends from before but this feeling is different. It was just so strong.

"Of course you love her, she's like you're best friend Lil" my mother replied, as I face palmed.

"No mom, it's that Love... "LOVE" I mean the serious one? Not just the friendly love?" I sighed.

"Honey, Listen... I know you are confused by now; but remember honey I love you. Everyone comes in that stage hon, I think you just admire Sarah because she possesses this strong character that you love. But just remember, we will accept you for who you are"

I let out a sigh before I say another word "Mom, Thank you. I love you Mom. Goodnight"

"Love you too sweetie, observe your feelings first before jumping into conclusions okay?"

"Yes Mom."

"Bye... Good night!" she hanged up

I then called Zach.

"Zachary speaking" his usual excited happy tone again

"Zach we need to talk." I said sternly, as I collect my thoughts about what I really want to talk about.

"Go on Lil I just finished our assignments anyway, so wuzzup"

"The kiss."

"Uhhhh! What about it?" he asks, he was kinda holding his excited shriek.

"Remember yesterday I asked you about how it's like to be falling in love?"

"Yeah?"

"When... I kissed Sarah; there was this different sensation that runs throughout my body I never kissed someone before in the lips that long, I never kissed my ex-boyfriends either, I just don't know Zach. I can't tell her this she might avoid me and ... I just... aughh."

"Do you like Sarah?" He asks sternly

"I... think so, no... I don't know... but I told my mom that I love her."

"then there you have it, it came from your mouth You love her just as she loves you!" Zach said; my eyes widened as I felt my heart skipped a beat. I gasped.
