" Thank you citizens of Panem, for watching. For now on, everyone is capable of being reaped. No one is safe, not even victors. " He stares directly at the camera.

Willows Pov

"No one is safe, not even victors. " He stares directly at the camera. I feel like he said that directly at me. " What " I said. " Everyone is equal, not even the most powerful, Hunger Games survivors are safe. For this reason is that this rule was made for every hunger games from here on out. "

" Districts of Panem, May the odds be ever in your favor on tomorrows reaping. " he said with a sinister grin. " No! No ,this can't be happening! " I said and run outside. Snows words keep running through my mind. No one is safe not even victors.

" Willow! " Tyler said running after me. I run to the woods all the way to the edge of the mountain, where there's a cliff. Come on Willow you have to do this. This is the only way this nightmare will end. I'm about to jump. " Willow, Don't! " I hear Tyler say behind me.

" I have to do this Tyler it's the only way to escape this nightmare. " I said. " No you don't have to do this. We'll get through this together. "

" I can't live like this anymore. "I tell him. " Willow, please don't do this. Just get away from the cliff. " I hear him say,this time he's closer. " Don't get closer, I'll jump " I said.

" Willow please. Just walk away. We'll get through this together. Think of your Parents. " my parents. What was I thinking. I feel Tyler grab my waist and pull me close to him.

I he pulls me away from the cliff. " Don't do that ever again, promise me." Tyler said. "I promise, I'm sorry " I said crying into his chest. " Shh,Shh, it's OK, you're ok. " Tyler said over and over until I calm down.
" Come on lets go home its really cold out here. " Tyler said. I walk with him out of the woods and into my house. Then after about an hour, a black car with the Capitol Seal on the front was in front of my house.

Someone knocked on the door, I opened it to see President Snow standing in my door way. " Ms.Mellark, how have you been?" Why is he at my house? " I've been good " I said. " Did you see the announcement today? " Snow said again with an evil grin.

" How could I have missed it." I said. " Good, I just came to check on my victor. Have a nice day ." With that he left. " What was that all about? " Tyler asked. " I don't Know, why did he check on us though? " I asked.

" I think he was making sure we didn't run away. " Tyler said . That does makes sense to me. " That does make sense, but the way he said, 'have a nice day ' made me think that the announcement wasn't all he had planned ." I said. After that we watch some more tv, trying to enjoy today. For tomorrow is the Reaping.
