Chapter 5 - Just Relax

After planning everything out and preparing Sol, Seth, and Jacob got changed into some shorts and walked over to the cliff after reassuring Sue that they'd be safe. 

"So, Sol are you excited to cliff jump with us?", asked Seth as they set their stuff down. Thinking of what to say Sol scratched his cheek a bit, " Anything with my imprints is exciting, but yeah, I am excited", Said Sol with a big grin (and an imaginary wagging tail).  

"Hey, are you guys ready?", yelled Jacob who was standing at the cliff, "Yeah, we're coming!" Seth yelled back as he grabbed Sol's hand and ran to the cliff with Sol running alongside him.

"Who's going first" asked Seth stretching a bit. Jacob who seemed to think the whole day through said," I'll go first then Sol and you can go together". with all of them agreeing Sol and Seth backed up to give Jacob some running room.  

"WOOHOO!", Jacob hollered as he ran and Jumped into the Ocean which would be deemed too cold by normal human standards causing a big splash. After a while he resurfaces calls out for Sol and Seth to join him," The water's great down here!" he yelled swimming around a bit.

not wasting anytime Seth and Sol ran and jumped together down into the ocean giggling after swimming back up to the air-filled surface. The boys decided to do this for a few more hours seeing as it was 9 am in the morning meaning they had time to kill before going to the fields to enjoy the lunch they Sue had made for them (after all their pleading she gave into their request). when they had finished cliff diving it was about 12 pm so they decided to walk up to the fields, which were filled with flowers of all colors and shades giving the area a magic like feel to them.

"Woah this is really pretty" Seth exclaimed jumping around, "It almost feels..."Seth started, "Magical" said Seth and Jacob as Sol bent down to smell the flowers with one in particular catching his attention.

as Jacob was setting up everything Seth had finished playing around in the flowers and decoded to walk over to Sol who was still sitting Infront of the flower that had caught his attention.

"That flower is called a Hyacinth", said Seth as he sat beside Sol resting his head on sols shoulder, "The story behind it is kinda sad though" taking a slight pause Seth then continued speaking his thoughts, " but I consider the flower to be a symbol of love".

"well you'll have to tell us about the flower's story when we get home", said Jacob walking  behind the two , "Everything is set up so let's get to eating before Seth's stomach starts to rumble again" he said drawing a 'hey!' from Seth followed by a chuckle from Sol as the two got up going to the flat part of the flower field where Jacob had set up all the food(a feast for normal humans).

As the Imprints ate, they felt the sun on them warming up the area making it look even more magical than before. eating in a comfortable silence in a space where nothing could go wrong, where they truly felt relaxed. suddenly a question popped in Jacob's mind, and as if they could feel his need to ask both Sol and Seth looked at him with a questioning gaze.

"Say...Sol do you have an ability?" Asked Jacob drawing Seth's interest in the question. swallowing his food Sol replied, "What do you mean"?

"well- um..." said Jacob trying to find the right words, seeing Jacob try to explain it Seth decided to step in, " you remember the comics in my room and all those cool powers the heroes had, right?" asked Seth as Sol nodded as he finished his food, "well he wants to know if you can do anything like that," said Seth.

"Umm well I can make plants grow" said Sol smiling a bit. "Wait really?" exclaimed Jacob softly being mindful of his hearing sensitivity, "well you can you show us?" asked Seth giddy from excitement getting a nod in response as Sol stood up and walked over to the single Hyacinth in the flower field.

Concentrating on the flower with his hand out a green flow formed under the flower spreading across the flower field. as the glow brightened Hyacinth flowers started to grow all cross the field varying in different colors such as, orange, yellow, red, blue, and even black.

With the glow dimming Seth looked up at Jacob resting chin on his arm, " we have the best imprint" he said.

"Agreed"

sorry for the long wait! while my finals ended (and thankfully i passed all classes) I was super busy trying to figure out my work schedule and was cleaning up around the house. 

buuuut with that out of the way how was this chapter?
