Everyone involved agreed that yesterday was pretty draining, especially with Bella's pregnancy happening. The shifter's took the boy along with them leaving his old pack to wonder in the area. Only problem is they couldn't just call him "Boy" so they left it up to his imprints to choose one for him.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"No no no, his name shouldn't be something basic", said the younger shifter ," It needs to be something beautiful".

The argument had been going on for nearly an hour and they hadn't gotten anywhere with his name. Jacob and Seth hadn't noticed their imprint sitting by the window staring at a rose bush, until they heard the window open the sound drawing their attention to their imprint. Said imprint had his hand stretched out as if he were calling something forth, that something upon getting closer to him reveal itself to be a thorn covered vine.  Both boys watch as it wrapped around his hand gently, almost as if it was consciously avoiding pricking him. the vine stropped moving once it reached his palm before a rose sprouted from it.

"That's it" said Seth, grinning to himself like he struck gold. Jacob hearing this looked towards his other imprint and followed his line of sight still confused about what Seth realized.

"his name should be Briar because he's beautiful but can fight back, like a rose ya know " said Seth upon noticing Jacobs confused starring.

"Well how about we make that his middle name and his first name should be something he picks?", Said Jacob with a thoughtful pause, " and for now we'll just use a nickname for him" he added.

Seth took some time before agreeing, as this happened another thought crossed Jacobs mind.

"Seth, even if he names himself he doesn't know how to read, and his english is broken and basic" said Jacob causing Seth to groan to himself, mumbling about how he wasn't a good teacher.

"do you think the pack would be willing to help teach him when they're not busy" Jacob asked. He thought it'd make sense for the pack helping them due to the fact their imprint would be around them a lot.

"hmm, i guess that'll work. though we should check with them just to be sure" Seth said happy to put the name debate aside for now, before he thought back to what Jacob suggested.

"in the mean time we need a nickname for him, maybe pup?" suggested Seth.

Giving the nickname some thought Jacob agreed, "I guess that'll work for now", he said as he scooped Seth and their imprint up in his arms before laying in bed with them.

All were content with the peace of the room. the temperature was just right so it was easy for them to drift off to sleep. that is until the door suddenly slamming open scared them awake.  When their eye's adjusted to the darkness of the room they looked up to see Leah staring at them with a very strong glare.

"mom says it's time for dinner", she said before pointing her finger at Jacob," and after that I want you to go home".

letting out a sigh Jacob released his imprints from his arms before getting out the bed. Behind him was Seth leading their imprint, who was fighting off sleep, with them.

To say dinner was awkward would be a harsh understatement. The whole time Leah was glaring at Jacob, and Sue wouldn't stop questioning him until she was satisfied. Seth had his head on the table in embarrassment while their imprint stuffed his faced. It got worse when Sam showed up at the door looking for Jacob, this caused Leah to go to her room and Sue to nag him too. Eventually Sue decided she was done for the night and left Sam and the new imprints to talk.

"geeze she's crazy, no offense Seth"  said Sam, getting a 'non-taken' back.

"So... you needed to talk to me?" asked Jacob in an unsure tone, as he tried to get on topic.

"yeah", responded Sam ,"we have a pack meeting scheduled about Bella her baby, as of now we have no clue about what this could do to her and what dangers it could pose to our pack and treaty".

"we also have the topic of what your imprint is and if he also poses a danger to us" said Sam before he raised his hand already sensing the furious response.

"we know he's some type of vampire hybrid due to his fangs, but we don't know if he runs a risk of exposing us to people or supernatural and that's a concern all on it's own. although rest assured nothing will happen to him" he said, quelling the rage in Jacob and Seth a bit.

silence fell around the room before Seth spoke up.

"while you're here we also have a request", he said ," we'd like the packs help on introducing him into the world and their assistance on helping him learn english".

this caused Sam to think about this before agreeing on a condition which was them being the main ones to teach him seeing how he's more of their responsibility then the packs. hearing this condition the two agreed and with that Sam left. An awkward silence once again filling the room before Jacob spoke up again.

"I guess that's my que to go" said Jacob, with a nervous laugh.

Hearing this his imprints let out a sad groan as they flung themselves on him. Only after he assured them he would be back before they both woke up was when he was released. The two sulked the entire time he walked out of the house.

(and then there were two dun dun dunnnnn)

Seth was draw out of his sulking by a yawn from his other imprint and decided to get him a bath before they called it a night.
