Chapter twenty four

"Miss kim! One of the people have said that they can't make it but in their place someone new will be coming instead" Rebecca said while handing her boss the tablet that showed her the email.

Nodding she looked at Rebecca "Where is his file then?" She asked watering her little plant on the side of her desk "Um well since it was so sudden we don't have one"

"Ah okay let them in then" Sitting back in her chair she opened the file to see a picture of a man he had thick glasses on not that she was judging him his moustache was curled up at each ends making so-hyun giggle.

"let the interviews begin" so-hyun mumbled and as if on cue the moustache man walked in with a happy smile.

She's been through half of the people already but she's denied all of them, some were only there because they were her fan boys who wanted an autograph and some weren't highly qualified enough in her eyes.

Sighing tiredly she rubbed her temples to lessen the tightness within her head, Rebecca noticing her bosses discomfort quickly passed the woman some ice cold water which she just waved away.

"Miss kim..i can send the rest home and we can continue anther time-." Rebecca's worried words were paused by a single lift of So-hyun's manicured hand, "Just send them in, but get Min ji to send up some Herbal tea from my office please" Nodding Rebecca went out the room to call in the next person.

The doors opened but so-hyun didn't look up she continued to look over some more files that needed to be filled in about the sizes for her new clothing line.

Do-hwan gulped at the sight of her. After all these years and she still looks as beautiful as ever,
do-hwan has tried many many times to move on from her but it seems he could never click with anyone like he clicked with her.

Coughing to gain her attention so-hyun looked up but immediately felt her heart tighten in her chest, she swore when they made eye contact time froze over and everything went in slow motion..

Memories replayed in her head like a broken Cd. It showed their first meeting to their very last and painful one the day she let go of do-hwan...the boy who now stood in front of her with the same shocked face as her own.

Gripping the papers tightly she hissed when she suddenly got a paper cut when trying to flip the page over, blood oozed from her small cut she was about to place her finger in her mouth to seize the sting but a hand grabbed her wrist gently and placed a readied up plaster onto her cut.

Looking up she gasped softly when she saw how close he was to her face up close she realised he's matured so much since high school it was unbelievable. His once un-styled hair was now smartly styled showing his sharp facial features more.

Gulping she hesitantly pulled her hand back to rest on her lap. Not looking him in the eye she bit her lip harshly to prevent her words she wanted to say to the boy who's occupied her thoughts for 4 years every day,every minute and second he was there and so were their memories.

Do-hwan put a finger under her chin and gently turned her face to face his own, he smiled sadly
"I guess you need saving again" he whispered softly. To others that wouldn't make much sense but it made so much sense to them.

Her eyes brimmed with tears that she had to fight back down but i guess with him she'd never be able to hide her emotions from, letting a tear slip down her rosy cheek she smiled softly.
"I guess i do" she whispered back to him.

Letting go of her face so-hyun wanted to grab his hand and place it back on her cheek but she had to remain professional, straightening out his suit he sat on the chair in front of her desk.

So-hyun eyed the plaster that was wrapped on her finger, looking up into his dark eyes she asked "Do you always carry plasters on you?"

Do-hwan cracked a grin at her innocent question "Well i used to work as an instructor in a karate school so the kids were always getting injured" he explained the whole plaster situation making
so-hyun nod.

"Oh okay, well let's get on with the uh interview" she pulled out the file carefully this time and flipped to find his file but remembered he must be the one that had to take place of someone else.
She put the paperwork away and tapped her pen nervously onto the desk.

To be honest she doesn't know how to react to seeing him again and him being so close it feels wrong to be speaking to him so formally and professional like their past never happened but it also feels wrong for thinking she and him would have what they had 4 years ago back so easily.

Sensing her distress he tapped the desk gaining her attention "Yes?" She asked quite dazed to which do-hwan shook his head "Nothing- it's not that it's just you look distressed is something the matter?" He asked calmly.

So-hyun let her professional side drop with a scoff of disbelief "How are you acting so unbothered by this? Doesn't this hurt you? Or make you feel uneasy i know I shouldn't be thinking like this after 4 years but i-." Her rant was cut short when she was suddenly pulled up from her chair and into do-hwan's arms.

So-hyun gasped loudly at the sudden contact with the boy after all these years the feeling of comfort and safeness was still there. She wanted to melt into his touch and stay in it forever but she was in her work place if Rebecca walked in that would cause a misunderstanding and she couldn't have that.

Pushing his chest her futile attempts didn't stop do-hwan from tightening his grip even more on the peach scented girl who holds his whole heart "Yah are you crazy? People will get the wrong idea! Yah Let me go!" She whisper shouted in his chest.

Do-hwan smiled at her failed attempts her behaviour was still the same as before which made him happy knowing she didn't change to much from the past.

"I missed you so-hyun"

Stopping with her escape abruptly she sighed loudly before hugging the boy back tightly letting her head rest in his chest "And I've missed you
