♾Save me♾

Chapter seventeen

"T-tell me your lying! Please- tell me your lying to me!!" So-hyun screamed while hot tears streamed down her cheeks. Hospital equipment littered the floor from her angered break down but now that anger is sadness something much more dangerous.

Do-hwan and lei bowed their heads down just letting her get everything off her chest because right now she needed it, lei walked closer to her but he stopped hesitantly when he saw her fall to her knees sobbing loudly into her hands.

"P-please tell me you're lying...she's not gone is she?" So-hyun whispered her voice breaking from her continues cries of pain and heartbreak for her mother who may of changed from what she used to be but that woman was still her mother, a woman who gave brith to her and cared for her...even if that was only for her childhood at least she can say she had a good one thanks to her mother but now she's gone for reasons the kim siblings have yet to be informed about.

So-Hyun's hands clenched into fist as she nervously awaited in a dark room which had a one sided mirror scaring her at the thought of someone watching her without fully being conscious of it.

The door opened making her jump from her seat and awkwardly bow to the detective that was about to tell her the whole situation on how her mother was taken from life and brought to the afterlife.

Sitting down he gave the girl a tight lipped smile before placing a file in front of her, with a shaky hands she eyed him before opening the file and pictures came littering out from it.

She had to bite her lip so hard she almost drew blood so she wouldn't cry, holding the picture to her face she examined it carefully "i-is this my mum and dad?" She asked in a broken whisper.

The detective coughed slightly trying to clear his throat before answering "Yes...we caught this on one your neighbours security cameras" He explained careful to not break the girl even more.

She nodded wordlessly..it stayed silent for awhile until she raised her head to the detective "why are you showing me this anyway sir?" She asked not fully understanding as to why he would show her this picture when she already has so many printed in her mind.

He nodded In understanding at her confusion
"Well...this is your father Kim mo-Tae correct?"
"Yes sir"

Sitting back in his chair more comfortably he sighed while adjusting his glasses "We have enough evidence to prove that...he killed your mother ."

That's it....for a moment in time she felt as if she wasn't breathing, the air she was inhaling was so suffocating she felt like someone was holding her head down into a pool of water and not letting her back up for a breath of air. Her lungs practically felt like a useless organ at this point.

Kim so-hyun was having a panic attack.

She gasped desperately trying to get herself to breath properly and anxiously her fingers clawed at her throat leaving harsh red marks afterwards, so-hyun's eyes watered so much her whole sight was blurred so much she couldn't make out the detective trying to get her calm and immediately calling for some help...

"I-i can't- i cant breath...help-." She muttered weakly through harsh gasps of air, so-hyun suddenly fell limp in the detective's arms shocking him but he immediately jumped into action.

Reaching his fingers to her pressure point towards her neck he desperately tried to find her pulse which he felt but it was so weak it was concerning the heck outa him. Grabbing his radio from off the metal table he shouted hurriedly "get an ambulance over here now!"

"What the hell did you tell her huh!? TELL ME!" Lei shouted angrily his angered self was being desperately held back by other detectives which he thrashed harshly in their hold.

The detective that was explaining the situation to
so-hyun gulped nervously "the same thing i told you" He muttered but it was loud enough to be heard. Lei pushed the officers away from him before collapsing into a chair.

Running a hand through his hair he glared at the detective "If anything happens i swear on my life I'll kill you myself" lei restrained himself for saying anything worse he decided to turn to look at do-hwan who was arguing with a nurse that he needed to be with so-hyun but for reasons everyone has probably heard before he cant.

"Please sir if you don't sit down and wait calmly I'll have to bring security" The nervous nurse squeaked out quite afraid of this teenagers glare and shouts, she gripped onto her clipboard close to her chest "I'll give you three minutes thats all" She muttered after awhile of consideration.

Do-Hwan's face showed nothing but relief he bowed respectfully before following the small nurse to his girlfriend he made sure to drag along a clueless lei.

"No visitors are supposed to be in this section so you can only look through the window..." the nurse opened a door to a white filled room a large window that looked down into a room filled with medical equipment but the bed in the middle was what caught their attention first.

So-Hyun laid on her back with multiple wires connected to her body giving her the nutrients she needs, a doctor was giving her  an injection which slightly worried the boys.

"What's that? What is he doing to her-." Lei was cut off with the nurses small laugh "You two really won't stop worrying huh?" With a small playful roll of her eyes she continued "Doctor Cho is injecting her with- *sigh* even if i explain you won't understand...he's giving her something that will help her recover from her panic attack."

The boy's nodded simultaneously they both looked like wounded puppies without their so-hyun, the nurse looked down at her watch with a sigh "3 minutes have passed we have to leave now but feel free to ask me questions to ease your worry" She smiled at the boys before leading them out which they reluctantly followed.

"I thought having a panic wouldn't need hospitalisation" do-hwan said out loud the nurse nodded "yes that is true in some cases but your sister-." She was interrupted when do-hwan coughed awkwardly "girlfriend" he muttered out loud.

The nurse ohed in understanding "ahh okay well in your girlfriends case she is very malnourished so therefore it explains her passing out, her heart is quite weak so this is very dangerous one slip up and she could've had a heart attack which is why you should be thanking the detective mr kim instead of shouting at him because if he didn't clear up her airways our chances in saving her would be futile" the nurse explained carefully so the boy's would understand her every word.

Lei gulped the lump of guilt in his throat before he muttered a quick goodbye before slipping away to apologise to the detective, that left do-hwan and the nurse alone.

She stopped in front of a door  turning to do-hwan she smiled softly "look after her okay?" She said referring to so-hyun, do-hwan slightly taken aback nodded
"of course" She nodded approvingly before leaving do-hwan in the hospital halls.

"Please be okay so-hyun" he whispered hoping it would reach her ears but he knew that it was only a false hope of his..
