"It's not there, just pull it up!" John B yells, rolling his eyes as he turns away, his face glum to reflect his mood.

"We could go over it again?" Pope suggests, turning back to the boy as the screen shows the empty royal Merchant

"We've been over it three times. It's not there." JJ says, looking back to the wheel as he starts to pull away.

"Shut up!" Kie yells, snapping bluntly at the blonde.

"What?! It's true!" He yells back, throwing his arm up.

"Shit!" I swear, pulling the rope from the drone up as I frown.

"The gold could be buried! We don't know!"

"It would have been picked up by the metal detector! Somebody beat us to it!"

"Or it was never there." JJ mutters under his breath.

"JJ!" I yell, walking after him as we reach the Maybank property. "Are you even listening to me?" I ask, trailing behind him as he doesn't even look back at me, ignoring my calls completely. "JJ!"

He walks into his house, throwing the door open as he walks straight to his room, grabbing an old teddy bear and his gun. "What are you doing?" I nearly yell, watching him storm back out of the house. I don't follow after him as he leaves. I instead watch him through one of the many broken windows in his house.

He puts his old teddy bear on a log before taking a couple steps backward. He raises his gun, aiming for the teddy bear before firing the weapon, the sound echoing through the area. He doesn't stop with one shot, instead he raises the weapon once again, muttering incoherent words under his breath as continues to fire.

I roll my eyes, disappointed by the lack of gold on the Royal Merchant and the fact JJ had ignored me earlier. I turn away from the window, the gunshots still ringing out loudly as I grab a beer from the counter, opening it and taking a sip. It was warm but I didn't care, nearly chugging it as throw the now empty can in the bin, that being a pile of rubbish beside the fridge.

I take a deep breath, pushing my hair away from my face as I head outside towards JJ, not bothering to try and get his attention. Though my eyes quickly flick towards a figure running towards the property, panicked and panting

"JJ!" Pope yells, running up to the distracted boy who doesn't answer.

"Don't bother, he's not listening." I say, crossing my arms over my chest.

"JJ!" Pope yells again, obviously desperate as he walks closer, disregarding the gun. JJ turns his head, frowning as he sees Pope's panicked face. "They know." He blurts, eyes wide with shock and horror.

"What?" JJ asks, lowering his arms as he fully turns to his friend.

"They know." Pope blurts again.

"All right, chill, bro." JJ dismisses him, shaking his head, "All right? They don't know shit."

"Topper knows I sunk his boat." Pope says, rubbing his hands over his face in stress.

My eyes widen as my mouth falls open with Pope's confession, "I'm sorry, what?" I nearly yell at Pope, "You did what, Pope?" I was in shock someone had sunk Topper's boat and in even more shock that Pope had been the one to do so.

"How do you know?" JJ asks Pope, raising an eyebrow.

"Because Rafe and Topper posted outside Heyward's and mad dogged me." Pope says, beginning to pace the yard.

"Will you calm down and get a grip, man? They don't know shit." JJ says, brows furrowed in confusion.

"They have cameras. They could've seen me." Pope yells, throwing his arms up before putting them on his head, continuing to pace.
