Eren's POV
Our group was very small, considering the fact that there was only five of us and our tour guide, Levi. Something about Levi had already given off bad vibes just from our first encounter, although me bumping into him was a pure accident. But, I wasn't going to let a small little thing ruin my first day.
"I'm not going to waste time and ask everyone to introduce each other. You guys can do that on your own time", Levi spoke as we followed the sidewalk that would lead us to our first destination, the library. But from what he said, everyone in the group looked at each other and sighed as we continued walking. I was taken aback a little bit from his rude comment.
"Seems like something is up his ass this morning, don't you think", I turned my head to where the voice came from. I noticed a boy, probably 5'2, was walking right next to me. He was a few inches shorter than me with a grayish tone buzz cut, hands in his pocket while chewing on a piece of gum. I quietly let out an 'mhm' as we continued walking.
"The names Connie. Transferred from Maria High along with my friend, Sasha. She's in a different group though, hope she's doing fine without a bag of chips by her side", he continued talking.
"Eren, I transferred from Sina High with my two other friends. They're in different groups as well", I replied back. It got quiet, as the only sounds around us were the shoes hitting the pavement as we continued walking, and the sound of Levi's voice explaining the history of Wings Of Freedom Academy.

After what seemed like hours, when it was only just one hour to be exact, we were finally done. The tour consisted of Levi talking, touring buildings, and we even went onto our football field which was the hugest thing I've ever seen. I wasn't really listening, although I should've been, but everything flowed into one ear and out the other. So, I just spent my time talking to Connie which earned us some annoying looks from our group, including Levi. Every time Levi would hear a voice other than his, his silver eyes would meet mines or Connie's and that would shut us right up. Though, we never learned as we still kept talking.
Everyone all met up at the office again to get our class schedule and that was when the first bell rang. I spotted a familiar blondie boy, and a black-haired girl before realizing that it was Mikasa and Armin. But before I was able to walk up to them, I was grabbed by my collar from behind which caused me to squeal a little bit.
Next thing you know, the familiar pair of grey eyes was right in front of me. My eyes widened realizing that it was Levi. I had to look down a little bit, but his lips were pursed with a slight furrow between his brows which showed his irritation towards me.
"Of course it'd be a little rude to say this in front of our group today", his eyebrows were still furrowed while he remained eye contact with me. I suddenly got nervous and flinched every time he tightened his grip on me.
"But the next time you interrupt me while I'm fucking talking, my foot will be up your ass", he spat coldly. From that, he let go of me and walked away without another word. Armin and Mikasa had witnessed the whole thing as I heard them call out my name while running towards me.
I quickly gathered myself, dusting off my pants and fixing my tie right as my two friends approached me. At this point, my first day was going horribly and I already wanted to get it over with. Armin and Mikasa looked at me with a concerned face, but I nodded at them to signify that I'm alright.
"Come on, let's get going to our class", I muttered. Sadly, only Armin and I had a few classes together while Mikasa had a different set of classes.
"Meet back here for lunch", as Mikasa pointed at the huge water fountain we were standing in front of. Armin and I nodded before we went along our separate way. It was first period, but Armin isn't in my class so I was walking alone.
My first class is Pre-Calculus, and when I tell you that math is not my strongest suit, it really isn't my strongest suit. I cheated my way though each math class I had to take. I made more efforts in cheating than studying. Hell, I wouldn't have been able to pass math without the help of Armin. I sighed to myself as I walked down the hallways until I found my class but noticed that everyone was standing outside.
"Good morning, everyone! My name is Mr. Spencer and I am your Pre-Calc teacher for the rest of your school year!", a tall white man emerged from the room and greeted everyone.
"Sorry to have everyone waiting outside, but I did make a seating chart so everyone doesn't have trouble finding a seat", and one by one he directed each student to their designated seat until he got to me. I waited impatiently, eager to see who I'd be sitting right next to in hopes that they would become my friend. After a few minutes, I was now in front of Mr. Spencer.
"Eren Jaeger", I said proudly. He glasses sitting on his nose bridge while he used his finger to go down the list he had on his paper until it stopped.
"Jaeger... you will be sitting right next to Ackermann", he pointed to the table. I had a confused look before making eye contact with this 'Ackermann", and realizing that it was Levi. My eyes widened and my mouth was slightly ajar until we made eye contact.
Suddenly, I was not eager about who I was sitting with, anymore.

Ahhhh, it is so funny to see how cringey my writing was when I first published this story. Definitely noticed improvements from my rewritten chapters vs original chapters.Anyways, I hope you guys are enjoying the new chapters so far!
Next chapter will be Levi's POV, hehe.
