Chapter 21

EREN'S P.o.V

Today is the day- Graduation. Me, Hanji, Armin, Mikasa, Levi, and Erwin were currently getting ready for graduation.

Our graduation robe was blue with white on two sides of the zipper in the middle. Two wings that were blue and white with a shield was actually embroidered into the top of our cap.

All of us are actually graduating as Summa Cum Laude and Cum Laude which was pretty cool.

" This is it guys, we're finally graduating ", Hanji said with excitement. We had to get to the stadium in less than an hour for extra practice until the actual ceremony starts.

All of our parents were going to be there. I was even more excited because I get to see my parents. They took their work off to watch me graduate.

We were at the stadium in our seats as we wait for the ceremony to start. It was currently 6:55 and the ceremony doesn't start in the next five minutes.

After five minutes, the whole entire place was packed with a bunch of people.

After everyone settled down, our principle stepped up to the podium.

" Hello, friends and family. I am Principle Pixis. I'm glad that all of you took the time to come down and support these fellow graduates. ", everyone started to cheer while others blew air horns.

" I'd like to invite down one of the graduates, who was also known as our school's president, Mr. Levi Ackerman ", everyone started to cheer once again as he made his way down to the podium.

" Hey, everyone ", he cleared his throats before continuing.

" Again, I'd love to thank everyone for taking their time to come down here. For this past year, everything was a rollercoaster. Since we are seniors, we had a lot more responsibility coming towards us.

Everything with college, homework, due dates..it was tough. These past 3 years that I've been here at Wings of Freedom Academy has been great. Until my senior year, when I got to tour these great three students who are now my greatest friends.

As all of you may know, I'm not the best at making friends, but I'm glad that I've been these three people. I'd love to give a shoutout to Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert.

I'd also love to thank my two friends who have been with me since I was little, Hanji Zoe, and Erwin Smith.

Of course, I couldn't forget someone else who will be graduating with me. My boyfriend, Eren Jaeger, to which I love with all my heart ", everyone started clapping as my cheeks turned into a tint of pink.

" As our lives will be changing after this day, I want all of you guys to remember who you truly are. Pursue your dreams and never stop pushing. Remember to always motivate yourself and believe. After this day, we won't be seniors anymore, and I want all of you guys to make this night count. Thank you ", he left to go back to his seat as everyone cheered for him.

" Alright, now it's time to give our graduates their diplomas ", Principle Pixis said as the same graduation song starts playing.

It was going by last names so of course the A's were up first.

" Levi Ackerman.. Summa Cum Laude, Achievement in Academics of Math and Science, Valedictorian, Scholarship ", I watched him as he received his diploma with his left hand, and shook the Principle with his right hand.

" Mikasa Ackerman.. Summa Cum Laude, Achievement of Academics of Math and Science, Valedictorian, Scholarship ", her and Levi were actually going for the same career..which was a doctor or a nurse.

It took a while until we finally went onto the J's. I was the first one up.

" Eren Jaeger, Cum Laude, Achievement in Academics of Art, Valedictorian ", everyone cheered for me. I spotted my parents as I received my diploma and waved at them.

Even though I wasn't able to receive a scholarship, I was still going to college with Levi. But, mines was a different college of course.

We were finally done getting our diplomas until our Principle came to say one last thing.

" Congratulations to all graduates. Once again, I'm all proud of you guys. I hope to see all of you soon. ", with that, everyone began to scream, while other began to blow their air horns.

After that night, all of our parents actually planned to eat at a restaurant altogether. We didn't seem to mind since we all still wanted to be with each other.

We were currently seated on our tables with our parents on one side, talking. Our friends were talking amongst each other until I turned my head to Levi who was daydreaming.

" Earth to Levi ? ", I waved my hand across his face to get his attention.

" Oh sorry, " he sipped his water that was in front of him.

" What were you thinking about ? ", I asked. I grabbed his hand because I wanted to, duh I'm his boyfriend.

" I was just thinking about how our lives are gonna be now, you know ? All of us will be separating because of college ", he said.

" All of us are going to keep in touch, of course. I don't think we're all gonna drift away. Besides, we have each other, right ? ", he looked at me in the eyes and smiled.

" Yes, we're finally going to get our own place..an apartment ! ", Levi was excited. We decided to just buy an apartment instead of renting out a dorm in one of the colleges.

" I can't believe we graduated, it has been 4 long years. ", Levi laced our fingers together as he continued to sip on his water.

" We all fucking did THAT ", and with the rest of our night, we all spent our night with laughter and talking.

AGHH, IM SO SORRY ABOUT THE ENDING, IT SUCKED SO MUCH BUT I COULDN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE. I also might plan on typing out an epilogue ??? I don't know yet, BUT THANK YOU TO ALL OF YALL WHO READ THIS.
