{Sam's POV}

Some people are like boomerangs. They always come back.

April was my boomerang.

And I could not be more lucky that through everything, we found our way back to each other.

After meeting each other, we both found out that we had made it to Hollywood. It was a dream come true for both of us, but the fact that we were living our dreams together made it that much more special.

At this point, I didn't care where idol led me. If I made it far, great. If I didn't, auditioning was still the best decision I had ever made. That decision led me back to April. Whether it was fate or just really good luck, I knew I was where I belonged.

The more I thought about it I realized what my biggest dream was. Sure, I wanted to be a singer. That was my dream since I was little. But my biggest dream seems almost too big to ever come true.

My biggest dream was to be happy.

April made my dream come true.

Regardless of where my singing career goes, I can say I achieved my biggest dream.

Not many people can say that.

{April's POV}

I wanted to be a singer. A good singer. A famous singer. But above all, ever since the day my sister died, I had wanted a home.

My biggest dream was to have a permanent home, somewhere I could go where everything would be alright again. I wanted a safe place to live and grow and be myself.

It wasn't until I found Sam that I realized my mistake.

Home doesn't have to be a place. Maybe, just maybe, home could be a person.

Sam was my home.

I don't care what anyone says about what a home is, not even if they're reading a dictionary definition. There, in Boston at the auditions for American Idol, I found my way back home.

Maybe dreams really do come true.
