"What are you two doing here?" Yanemi asked as her eye twitched. The two were behind a pillar, probably thought they were sneaky. Yanemi wasn't a fool though, she would make sure Akari couldn't interfere. By. Any. Means. Necessary.

She crossed her arms, looking at Akari and Konami with an irritated look, though most of it was directed to Akari.

"Oh, just making sure a whore doesn't make a move on my man." Akari dangerously smiled.

"Excuse me?" Yanemi's eyes dimmed. "That's a quick way to get a ticket to the grave."

"What are you doing with my boyfriend, Yanemi?" Akari growled.

"I warned you." Yanemi smugly replied. "I did tell you that I'd take Hiro."

"I didn't think you'd be so shameless to trick him into a date." Akari scowled.

"So, what is Chiyo doing here?" Yanemi asked, sparing a small glance for Konami. "I didn't know you two were such good friends."

"We aren't." Akari stated. "We're rivals."

"You want to be rivals with her?" Yanemi stifled a laugh.

"You're as flattering as ever, Yanemi." Konami dryly added.

"You already know how I feel about you, why is there a need to mince my words?" Yanemi smiled, before looking around. "Us three are all alone over here. No need to place on a mask."

"I see." Konami replied. "Then, I'll be letting you know about my admittance into this contest."

"What contest?" Yanemi asked, narrowing her eyes at Konami in suspicion.

"Why, the one for Hiro's heart of course." Konami smiled.

"That I've already won." Akari smirked.

Yanemi's eyes dulled as she stared at them, a dark aura starting to build around her. "I should have known. I should kill the two of you right-"

Gasps rang out through the mall. Turning around, the three girls looked over to where everybody was staring, seeing a man stand over Hiro. He had intentionally spilled his drink all over Hiro, looking at him with a disgusting grin.

"This is what you get when you steal someone's girl~" The man grinned.

"Daisuke?" Yanemi questioned. "What the fuck does he think he's doing?"

Hiro stared up at the man in shock. Who was this guy? Why had he just spilled his drink over him? Then it hit him, this was Sora's baseball captain Daisuke. He hadn't cared enough to remember.

But this meant that Daisuke had seen Hiro with Yanemi, and had misunderstood. While not surprising, Hiro couldn't help but feel a hot rage bubble inside of him. Yanemi said their breakup was consensual. Seems she was the only one who saw it that way.

Hiro slowly stood up, taking his glasses off and wiping them off on one of the few dry places on his shirt, before finally turning back to look Daisuke in the eyes.

"She's not your girl if she dumped you, now is she?" Hiro questioned with a cold tone. "Oh, and don't treat women like objects."

"You bitch." Daisuke growled. "You're shameless, to go on a date with her right after we broke up. You're the reason in the first place."

"And you must be blind if you believe any of that." Hiro scoffed. "Does me hanging out with a female automatically make them my girlfriend?"

"It does when you get intimate-" Daisuke started, before Hiro cut him off.
