I watched him slowly leave the stage, not glancing at me even for one last time. I knew i fucked up, he did as well.
"Now, guests, you can have some more fun before we start the bouquet throwing!" The DJ shouted, slightly bouncing to the music.
I sat down at the groomsmen' and bridesmaids' table, gaining a few questioning looks from both sides. I shrugged it off, looking around, my eyes searching for this certain someone.
Someone put a hand on my shoulder. "Alright, now tell me what the fuck i just witnessed." I turned my head to the person and gasped, seeing that it was Draken. Did Mikey tell him everything?
"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone your secret, if you don't want to." He assured me, drinking some wine. I sighed, grabbing a drink as well and oneshotting it, making Ken's eyes widen, "I told Mikey that i don't love him anymore. But it's so wrong, so wrong, Draken!" I coughed up, "I wish he knew how much i really loved him, yet I feel like i would make him miserable, or that he doesn't feel the same!
I just don't want to be happy and then get torn apart again!"
I silently sobbed, ranting to poor Draken, who could barely keep eyes open. "You should tell that Mikey, not me, you know..." He blinked a few times, staring at something behind me.
"He is there, isn't he?" I grit my teeth, getting ready to get smacked by Mikey. Draken embarrassingly nodded, so I turned my back, seeing him.
"You will take my friends away now? Think about Emma!" Mikey's voice rasped, as he grabbed the nearest chair and plopped on it, pouring gallons of alcohol in his mouth.
"You stupid fuck, I don't like Draken or anything!" I crossed my arms, clicking my tongue. Never mind, he has always been kind of sick in head.
Draken stood up and left us alone, no matter how many times i pulled his sleeve to make him stay — he would just lightly push me and wish good luck.
Mikey didn't look at me even once after Ken left, this man just continued drinking, as if nothing more existed. I aggressively tapped my foot, trying to entertain myself.
Meanwhile I kept zoning out, Mikey glanced at me. Who knows what his mind could be full of right now, but one thing i knew for sure — it was me.
Suddenly, he stood up and, checking his phone, headed to some direction. Mikey looked drunk as hell, so i decided to follow him, even though i wasn't sober myself.
He didn't notice me going after him, at least not yet. The man frantically opened the door, that was leading to some room, and went inside, not even closing it. I got much closer, peeking at the door, and saw a horrific scene:
Mikey pinned some girl against the wall, whispering something in her ear, while caressing her thighs. He leaned over to the girl, making their lips be inches apart, and chuckled. Then, the most unexpected thing happened — he switched his gaze to me, who was still at the door, not pulling away from the girl, continuing to please her.
He smirked at me, kissing the girl's cheek, as I left this hall, running as fast as I could. "Shit, shit, shit...." I whisper shouted, sadly and resentfully smiling at myself.
Manjirou did it on purpose. This sign meant that we're not going back to good old past. If he wants a war, i'll give it to him.
"Hey, are you okay?" Emma asked me, rubbing my back. I hesitantly nodded, and she sighed. "Lies, lies, lies... I asked Mikey the same thing, and he silently nodded as well. Now tell me what's going on between you two?"
