The policeman tilt his head seeing the baby on the floor and the child hugging Saritha's legs.

Saritha furrowed her eyebrows as she watched Anirudh slamming the door shut before cursing out.

Saritha said causing Anirudh to raise his eyebrows.

Saritha pressed her lips together as she watched the man slamming the door shut. Saritha rubbed her temples and glanced at the boy who had wandered away and sat quietly next to the baby.

She exhaled her breath and walked towards the boy, squatting down near him.

" Unake clothes...inthe pappa ke clothes yethum irruka?" Saritha asked the boy who snifled and hide his face on the dog's fur.

Saritha sighed and shook her head. She got up and spun her hair into a knot.

Anirudh who walked out of his room narrowed his eyes seeing the dog, the boy and the girl. He licked his lower lips and crossed his arms as he walked towards the boy.

" Pa bad...Ma clothes vanga poitanga," the boy mumbled as he laid his head on the dog's body.

Right on cue, the baby began crying causing Anirudh to look at the baby with deer caught in headlight expression. The dog barked while the boy looked at him intently as Anirudh stood frozen for over a few minutes staring at the baby.

" F**k this," Anirudh muttered and carried the baby.

" Naa ponne piraku, batirama veetle irukunum. Hall le thaan irrukanum yengayum poga kudathu! Don't open the door for any strangers. " Anirudh said and walked out of the house. He locked the door and hurried towards the lift.

Anirudh shook his head when the lift kept showing floor number 7 causing him to shake his head and rush down using the stairs. His eyes widened seeing the crowds scrambling in the stairs, pushing each other as they rushed down the stairs.

Anirudh swallowed his saliva as he held the baby protectively before rushing down the stairs. He cursed out loud at a few as he was almost pushed around and nearly collide his back on the stairs.

" What the-" Anirudh mumbled out seeing the crowd and jam as many luxury cars were honking each other while people still scrambled. He hide the baby protectively as he was pushed out of the way.
