The government has sactioned immediate emergency lockdown.

Saritha frowned as she saw that headline in the news channel. Her eyes widened as her mouth parted open, watching the protest and violence all over the news.

Fires, gunshots were seen as armed police men attack the crowd. Saritha shook her head in shock seeing people breaking into the shops; stealing goods, harming others as they snatched and stole.

" The border of each district is now closed with thousands trying to flee from their town. Armed forces and special forces are now hand in hand as the nation tries to solve the pandemic and the violence which is exacalting."  The news reporter read while Saritha shook her head.

She rubbed her forehead as she turned around to see the little boy looking intently at the TV. Saritha swallowed her saliva seeing the violence shown before immediately switching the TV off.

Saritha exhaled her breath as she heard Anirudh's voice from the kitchen, she turned her neck and saw the man pacing up and down the kitchen, talking rapidly on his handphone.

Saritha rubbed her forehead before walking towards the boy. The boy blinked his large eyed at the woman who melted slightly seeing the angelic expression.

" What's your name ? School ke poriya ?" Saritha asked the boy who simply smiled and hug the dog.

" Née yaaru nu sonna thana help panna mudiyum ? Yaaru un amma appa ?" Saritha said trying to control her irritation in her voice.

" Appa tho, amma," the boy said pointing at the direction of the kitchen before patting Saritha's lap.

Saritha frowned and crossed her arms over her chest. The boy let out a small squeak and ran away, his chubby legs carrying him towards the direction of the kitchen.

Anirudh raised his eyebrows when the bundle slammed into his legs, hugging his legs tightly.

" Yennachu ?" Anirudh asked while Saritha shook her head after smacking her forehead.

" Yaaru amma appa nu ketta...nammala katuran...peyar yenna nu ketta solla matran;" Saritha said while Anirudh raised his eyebrows before scoffing at Saritha.

" Nalla training pole," Anirudh said causing Saritha to narrow her eyes as she stood up.

" Athey thaan nannum solallam!" Saritha said while Anirudh gave her an incredulous look.

" Ama née yaaru avalo periya alla unne naa scam panitu porathuku ? On the other hand, naa oru popular Ana person! Yenna scam panathum illama tho ingeye thangite le!" Anirudh said as he gave Saritha a stink eye.

Saritha swallowed her anger as she looked at him with an impassive face.

" Seri sir, naa appo kelambaren," Saritha said and walked towards the door.

The boy blinked and looked worried while Anirudh snorted and walked away into the kitchen.

" Periya Ivan avan...yellam yenna solalanum! Yelame naa panne mistake-" Saritha began and gasped as she saw the lift tapped.

" What the-" Saritha muttered before walking to the end of the corridor. She blinked when she tried to open the door towards the staircase.

Saritha snarled and kicked the door when it refused to budge. She rubbed her face as she slumped herself against the door. She placed her face in her knees as she began sniffling slightly.

" Yeneke mattun yen inthe nelemai...Muruga yenne yen ippidi sothikirai," Saritha mumbled as she felt her salty tears. She inhaled her breath and wiped her eyes.
