I paced outside, looking over my shoulder every now and then. Felix never came out of the restaurant, and I was grateful for that. I never wanted to see that maniac ever again.

A limo with our kingdom's seal on it pulls up and Minji jumps out of the driver seat. He hugs me quickly before opening the backdoor for me to step through. Once inside, I see a familiar blonde-haired man. Yoongi reaches for me and helps me to the seat beside me. He holds tightly to my shoulders and looks all over me. "Are you alright?" I nod to him.

When I called the palace Yoongi was the one who answered the phone. I briefly told him what happened and where I was. He came without delay.

"I'm fine. Felix isn't though." I chuckle to myself. Yoongi smirks at me. "Did you hurt him?" I nod with a smile on my face. "Good," he said.

Exhaling sharply, I try to calm my nerves. I was still in fight or flight mode. Yoongi pulls me back against the seat and leans my head on his shoulder. "Relax, it's okay now." His soothing voice calms me instantly. I close my eyes and try to unwind.

I must have fallen asleep, but Yoongi gently shook me when we arrived back home. "Lady Remi," I smile to myself before opening my eyes. Yoongi is staring at me. "We're home."

He helps me out of the limo and back into the palace. My six other teachers and my father are waiting for me when we enter. Hoseok runs up to me and so does Jungkook. They both briefly hug me before letting go, not wanting to make a scene.

"Remi." My father calls for my attention and my eyes go to him. "Let's talk alone." I nod and he goes off walking, I follow him. I look behind me and see all fourteen eyes watching me. I was praying that Felix didn't have the power to take them away from me.

Once we're inside a study, the king shuts the door and turns to me. "Are you unharmed?" I blink and nod. "Yes, thanks to Jungkook, I handled the situation. He trained me well." My father nods once. "Tell me the full story."

I take a breath and go over the whole night to him. I'm calm until I get to the last part and the adrenaline has worn off. Tears roll down my cheeks as I say the next words. "He grabbed me and was trying to force himself on me. Saying he could do whatever he wanted and have anything he wanted."

My father paces the room, I could see how much he was fuming. "That cretin!" He shouts and it causes me to tense up.

"He said I was promised to him, father, that isn't true, is it?" My eyes stay on him, I wanted to catch his expression. So that I could tell if he was lying. He shakes his head, looking confused. "No! I never said anything like that!" I let out a puff of relieved air. That was good to know.

"I'll talk to King Lee tomorrow personally. We will discuss the events that unfolded." I nod at him. My father approaches me and hugs me tightly. He pets my head lovingly. "I'm so glad you're not hurt." I hug him back tighter.

---------------------------------------

Laying in my bed staring up at the ceiling in the dark, I can't sleep. I've been trying to end this day for a few hours now. But my brain wasn't having it. I sit up and rub my face.

I roll off my bed and grab my robe off my dresser, pulling it on over my pajamas. Wandering out of my room, I head towards the kitchen. The corridors are dark, and the palace is silent. Only my footsteps are heard.

To my surprise, I hear something rattling around in the kitchen. I poke my head into the kitchen and see the fridge wide open. Then someone stands up from ducking by the fridge, I can see the outline of a man. His hair is sticking up every direction.

I flip on the light and recognize the man as Taehyung, he turns around with a slice of cheese hanging from between his lips. I giggle at his alarmed expression. "Do you like to have midnight snacks too?" I ask him and he nods cutely.

Taehyung had a sandwich constructed and only needed a slice of cheese to finish it off. He places the cheese and then takes a big bite, chewing with his lips puffed out. I smile because the sight was truly adorable.

Venturing towards the fridge next, I pull out a bowl of grapes and pop a few into my mouth. Taehyung takes a few from the bowl and grins at me. "I couldn't sleep because I was hungry." I laugh to myself. "You're always hungry Tae." He nods and then shrugs. "I am who I am."

We munch in a comfortable silence, smiling at each other now and then. It was nice to have company, usually I don't. This late at night when I'm out scouring for food, Minji is the only one I run into.

"I heard you broke a prince's nose." I choke on my grape. I look at Taehyung surprised, and he holds up his hand for a high five. I smack his hand with mine.

"You're not angry because that wasn't a 'graceful' approach?" He laughs, showing all of his teeth with that adorable boxy smile. "No, your highness. You handled that just fine. Honestly, I wouldn't mind breaking his nose myself after how he treated you." I grin at him, "Really?"

Taehyung shakes his head. "Yeah, it's what we were all saying before you got back home. Everyone was furious. Even Hoseok, I've never seen him so angry." I listen to him and nod along. They all seemed to care about me. Really care about me.

Before I just thought they were here to teach me. That they all only viewed this as an opportunity to make easy money. But something has blossomed between us all. My seven teachers mean more to me than I think they realize.

I pray that when the time comes, they will stay by my side. A dark cloud, a dark day looms closer. The clock is ticking and soon I'll be met with despair and depression.

Taehyung kisses the side of my head. "Goodnight Lady Remi, see you tomorrow." I watch as he leaves the room.
