I was informed by Jungkook that I could get dressed back into my previous clothes. It seemed the workout part of my day was over. To my surprise Minji showed up and brought me the green dress again. Not a single wrinkle in it. I'm not sure how he managed to do that, since I left it sitting on the bathroom floor.

Getting dressed back into my gown and heels, I feel awkward again. I much preferred the tracksuit over this clingy dress. But at least my day was almost done. I was on my way towards meeting my last teacher. I was getting exhausted by this point.

Today felt like one of those days when my father would bring his generals and captains to the palace. I'd have to meet countless new people and it's just exhausted to meet those many new faces and try to memorize all of those names.

I enter the sitting room with the grand hearth that sits at the front of the palace. This is usually my favorite room during the winter. The giant fireplace would turn the whole room into warmest place in the entire palace. I'd spend hours in this room just reading books. I didn't have much else to do during the winter. The fact that I'm outdoorsy person makes winter quite dull for me.

Once inside the sitting room, I see the man I passed earlier. He is sitting against one of the sofas with his legs crossed. His piercing gaze settles straight on me as soon as I enter the room. My heart knocks against my ribs. It was asking permission to throw itself at him.

The man sitting in front of me had the most striking face and presence.

"So, you're to be our next queen." His deep voice was menacing, and his words came out as a threat. My heart was pounding for a different reason now. I felt as if I was in danger.

He rises to his feet and my eyes take in all of him

He rises to his feet and my eyes take in all of him. He was perfection from head to toe. I swallow heavily as he approaches me. I just stand completely frozen under his gaze.

Then he smiles and laughs a deep laugh, the room lifted with my shoulders. "Nice to meet you! My name is Taehyung." He smiles brightly and bows to me. I feel a bit confused; it must have been apparent on my face because he giggles.

"Sorry if I scared you. I was trying to give off a presence I'll teach you." He grins a boxy smile, showing all of his teeth and I just stare at him in disbelief. That was an act? I was rendered completely speechless. First by his beauty and then by his ability to flip his personality like that.

Taehyung runs his hand through his blonde hair and looks down at me. "Shall we get started?" I nod, not sure how this would go. What was he going to teach me? Taehyung sits back on the sofa, and I'm perplexed by his leaned back posture. "Okay, leave the room and come back in. I want to see your walk." I blush at his words, he wanted to watch me walk. Why did that suddenly make me so nervous?

I do as I'm told though. I leave the room and walk back in. I try to avoid looking at the intense gaze he's giving me. I concentrate on my feet moving, step by step. I hated walking in heels, and I assumed he could already tell that. I wasn't good at it. Walking in heels was a skill, one I hadn't gained yet.

"Hmm." He just says once I stop walking and stand in front of him. "Not awful but needs improvement. You don't walk in high heels much do you?" I shake my head to his question.

"No, I hate wearing them." I tell him honestly; he raises an eyebrow but drops it back down. "That's too bad your majesty. You'll basically live in heels once you are queen." My shoulders slump, he was right. And I hated that. I didn't want to wear them, they were uncomfortable. "I know." I tell him sadly; he chuckles at my defeated demeanor.

"Don't worry, it gets easier the more you wear them. I suggest wearing them every day from now on." I sigh deeply, I'm a bit aggravated with that suggestion.

Taehyung stands up again and goes to the bookcase that's against the wall in the corner. He grabs three thick, heavy books and approaches me. "I'm sure you've heard of this before, but it really does work. If you can learn to walk with these books on your head, you'll walk with perfect poise and balance. You're going to be queen. You must be graceful. You will need to exude an air of dignity about you. You need to appear better than everyone around you. Even if you don't feel that way." I listen carefully and nod.

"I don't feel that way," I tell him, and he smiles. "That's great. A great quality for a queen, but you'll need to act like you do." I nod, I get his meaning. I needed to appear confidence and elegant.

Carefully, Taehyung places two books on the very top of my head. They wobble around a bit before lying flat and comfortably against my head.

"Now walk, slowly. You can put your arms out for balance. But eventually, you'll have to put them back down."

"Okay," I say to him and take my first step. Followed by another and I can feel the books teetering on the top.

I focus on my steps but it's not getting better. Taehyung stops me. "Stop. I think I know what your problem is. You're walking in your heels like normal shoes. You step heel to toe. You can't do that. In high heels you must step on the ball of your foot first, not your heel." Taehyung points to my foot for emphasis.

"Like this?" I ask and step on my toes and then set down my heel. He nods. "Yes, try walking like that." I begin my strut again and surprisingly enough, this time it is easier. The books topple less, and my walking seems more fluid. It's amazing how much such a simple tip helped me with walking in heels. Taehyung grinned with pride.

"Perfect!" He adds another book to the top of my head. "Again, but walk at normal speed." I nod and begin walking in a large circle around the room. Judging by the sweet smile Taehyung is giving me, I must be doing well. I drop my outstretched arms to my side and try to feel more relaxed. I want to look normal, not like a stiff mannequin.

"Magnifico!" He yells and claps. I feel my face turn red at his praises.

After the walking instruction, Taehyung goes on to teach me how to stand properly. Even how to climb the stairs more like a lady. I had no idea I was doing everything in my life wrong. To ascend the stairs like a lady in heels, you never put your heel on the steps. You only put the ball of your foot on each step. It made a lot less noise too.

I've been doing everything wrong.

Taehyung even taught me how to sit more ladylike. He told me to imagine a board that was up against my back at all times to improve my posture. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but the more I did it, the less tense it felt.

"Well done Lady Remi. That's all for today. You've improved so much just from the hour we spent together. I look forward to tomorrow. Until next time, my lady." Taehyung bowed and took my fingertips into his hand and kissed the top of my hand lightly. I almost swooned.

What a gentleman.
