Sunoo is currently walking towards his room but he stopped when his father started talking.

"Sunoo, you need to meet another son of my business partner again." Sunoo's dad said and sunoo just secretly rolled his eyes

'Does he never get tired of this? this happens every week!' sunoo thinks and later on he faced his father

"Dad, aren't you tired?" sunoo asked tears starts forming, he's angry, he's disappointed and all that emotion would turn into tears

"Sunoo, you know i am doing this for business." his dad said while arranging some papers

"Business! Business! Everywhere business! Dad please stop it, i am not favor about it anymore!" sunoo said while sobbing but i guess his father has a tough heart, he doesn't even spare a glance at him

"I can't afford to face your grandparents with us being poor." his father said and sipped on a coffee

It is true, his father works hard because of his parents, sunoo's grandparents find him worthless so he want to prove that he can be rich as in rich, he can do everything even if it's related to his son just so he can have anything. He got ate by his deeds.

"That's why mom left you! You're so selfish!" sunoo said and he got startled when his father threw the cup at his side

"Don't ever mention your mother's name here, i don't care about her anymore!" his father said and sunoo just went to his room

"This is tiring oh my GOSH!" he said while laying on his bed and brings out his phone, he remembered what happen earlier on how jungwon lied at him. It's not usual.

'I wonder why did jungwon lied at me' he thinks while opening the messages

'Jungwon, are you okay?' sent.

'Yes, why?' received.

'Ah, nothing.' sent.

'I'll call you' received.

And just like that his phone rang, jungwon is calling.

"Hello, why did you call-"

"Spill everything, i'll listen." jungwon immediately said that made sunoo teary

Jungwon is sensitive, he can easily sense if something's wrong and for today he knew it too.

Sunoo just wanted to ask how he lied but it ended on him being asked.

'He really can sense everything.' he thinks and take a deep breathe

"Dad's still forcing me to go on dates or meet his business partners child. It is tiring!" sunoo vents out, by his voice you can clearly tell he is angry and disappointed

It was hard, jungwon can't say something especially he doesn't experience it so all he can do was listen, always listen.

but maybe, maybe sometimes he give thoughts...

"I hope your father stops doing it, why don't you just date someone right now so he'll stop doing it." jungwon suggests but sunoo turned it down as always

"I can't, he won't let me. I just hope someone will truly love me and fight for our relationship! because if it's just me, i can't, i'm still weak." sunoo said while sniffing

"You aren't weak though, you are just scared of your father and you don't want to disobey him." jungwon said

Jungwon is good at listening and good at sensing. If you wonder how come the kid who doesn't even know what life is, is helping someone to overcome their challenges well i guess reality hits him real hard. What a brave soldier.

"Yeah, i hated mom for leaving me here at dad! she could've atleast bring me with her" sunoo said that made jungwon nod like they're talking in personal

"I wonder where's your mom" jungwon said and sunoo just laugh it off

"PFFT! i don't know and i don't care either" sunoo said and jungwon smiled when he finally hears sunoo laugh

Sunoo wants to atleast ask jungwon why did he lie but he just let it go since he think jungwon is just pranking him.

And just like that, the heavy thing on his chest would go. Jungwon listening to him, no– someone listening to him is enough for him to face those shit situations.

Jungwon is always there, he won't go, he won't leave. In times like this, sunoo always and always rely on jungwon. He feel embarrassed sometimes but jungwon assuring him that 'It's fine, i'll always listen' he will end up telling everything.

If he need to thank someone it's no other more but Jungwon, the one who keep him in a right stability. The one who he trusts the most and the one who always listen to him the most. He grew up wanting a brother so having jungwon with him feels like a sibling to him.

He relies, he's comfortable, he feels safe with jungwon...

but i wonder do jungwon feel the same when he's with him? cause if yes, he wouldn't lie right? but who knows... his situation is not easy either.

"Thankyou for making me better my dongsaeng!" sunoo teases jungwon, jungwon hates being called dongsaeng since he feels really young when he's being called like that

"YA! stop it!" jungwon said while laughing too

"Okay my dongsaeng!" sunoo answered while still laughing

"YA!-" jungwon didn't get to finish when sunoo ended the call

'You are so!' sent.

'love you my dongsaeng!' received.

'Pfft! this shit really!' jungwon internally said while smiling

'k fine, love you hyung!' sent.

'Wow, is that you jungwonnie!? are you possessed??' received.

'Tsk!' jungwon thinks while still smiling

If you will wonder this is their normal routine, everyday repeats. Sunoo would call, he would rant and Jungwon will genuinely listen.

That's how sunoo survived living.

Their friendship is not that bad and not that good either, but having a friend like jungwon who is willing to listen to you is such a blessing. You will always hope that he won't leave you or your friendship won't get destroyed just like how sunoo always hope.
