12. The best

They're now at Jungwon's place, sunoo was just looking down...well he's actually embarrassed but it's not like they're not friends but still he feels embarrassed.

"I'll get my kit, let's treat your bruises" jungwon said and went to his room

"Here it is!" jungwon said when he found the kit, his phone keeps vibrating on his pocket... looks like someone's calling but he didn't mind it

He went to the living room to see sunoo laying down in the sofa, he immediately ran towards him and he's burning hot... he has fever.

"FUCK" jungwon mumbles and immediately ran to his bathroom

He's shaking while gently patting the towel to sunoo's forehead, he's getting scared since sunoo is so pale right now.

"F-fuck, wait should i bring you to the hostpital?" jungwon asked panicking, he was about to take out his phone and call for ambulance but then sunoo hold his hand, clearly stopping him

"No- jungwon- please let's just stay here... d-dad might found out and he'll get mad at me even more" sunoo said while eyes closed

"But you're burning hot and pale right now, sunoo please don't make it hard for yourself!"

"jungwon please... please don't..." sunoo begs and i guess jungwon is so weak for his friend, he didn't took him.

He let his friend stay at his room, he knows how to handle sick people. Back when he's at the orphanage, this is what he always do and assigned to him. Take care of his fellow orphan who are apparently sick but since that was a long time ago he feels nervous right now.

"You probably got sick because of the rain earlier, you didn't bring umbrella right? tsk tsk..." jungwon nags while gently patting sunoo with the towel, sunoo just smiled at the sight... he really loves it when his friend is like this.

"Aw my dongsaeng is mad... sorry i just thought walking in the middle of the road while raining is comforting didn't expect i'll end up like this" sunoo said while shaking because of cold

"Tsk tsk, you should have at least brought umbrella. It would still feel comforting!" jungwon said while still patting sunoo with the towel

"I..im so cold..." sunoo said while shaking and hugging the comforter, jungwon immediately closed the curtains of his window and opened his heater... he's actually worried especially it's raining again he himself is feeling the cold

"Is it still cold?" jungwon asked and sunoo nods while eyes closed, jungwon immediately lay beside sunoo and hug him, the warmest hug.

"Y-yah yah! you'll get sick too! move move!" sunoo said while gently pushing jungwon but jungwon is just strong

"Stop being clingy jungwon, you'll get sick" sunoo said again but jungwon didn't move so he just used his last option "OUCH" he said while holding his hand, acting like jungwon accidentally hit his bruise

"Let's treat your wounds later sunoo hyung but for now just sleep! I'll hug you till then" jungwon said still not moving and sunoo guess he can't do anything at this point especially jungwon used the 'hyung' on him, his weakness. He just closed his eyes and let himself sleep while jungwon still hugging him.

'Jungwon, you are really the best... you're the only one who always made me feel loved despite of life being shitty to me. My dongsaeng, i cant lose you. I'll make sure to protect you from any harm' sunoo thought

Jungwon is the ideal bestfriend everyone would like to have, though he isn't perfect he also have his own flaws. But he would never choose decisions for himself over everyone, maybe if we need someone to sacrifice for a world peace without hesitation he would volunteer. That's just how he is... though many people also hates this kind of personality.

"Thankyou Jungwon" sunoo said while eyes closed and jungwon just smiled and whispered "no problem hyung"

Jungwon woke up sweating, the temperature is so so hot for him. He looked up at his friend who is now peacefully sleeping, sunoo is also sweating gladly it could reduce the hot on his body. Jungwon immediately get towel and gently wipe sunoo, he also checked his temperature and it did decreased. He also got the kit and treat his friend's bruise, he felt pain every time he sees bruises... how can his friend experience like this and would still smile and be jolly to everyone around him?

'sunoo is really strong!' he thought while applying bandage on the little cut on sunoo's palm.

When he found himself done he went out of his room to prepare food, his friend would stay here until he's sure that sunoo won't get and don't feel hurt anymore.

'I'll just cook soup, it's still raining.' Jungwon thought and prepared his things but he stopped when his phone vibrates, looks like a message

He brought it out just to see so many messages and missed calls from his Boss.

Boss:
*19 missed calls from Boss*
'Where are you it's past 6pm you're still not here?'
'you should've atleast told us you will absent!'
'how many times did this happened already! I ALWAYS REMIND YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN!'
'im so tired of you, you know what if you will continue to be like this just leave this job immediately. I can't bear to lose my entire convenience store just for some irresponsible worker fucking hell!'
'You don't deserve an proper firing you brat, don't ever come here ever again! You only cause so many troubles here you fuckass kid!'

Jungwon immediately closed his eyes 'FUCK.'

'Sir, if you have a friend who in need of help... would you still choose to go work and leave your friend behind?' sent.

'You stupid kid! you still have the guts to messages here. I don't care about your friends or whoever is that. You're working, work if work!' received.

'Sir... you know what? you're a friendless hag. No one wants to work with you to be honest you should at least thank your workers despite of being treated miserably and overworked they still choose to work with you but sorry i reached my limit sir. Im sorry if i couldn't say this in personal but i'm quitting, thankyou for the opportunity i hope you change and find new workers. Thankyou!' sent.

'Shut the fuck up kid, don't ever comeback here!' received.

Jungwon just rolled his eyes, so unprofessional. His boss should be glad that jungwon hates drama because if not he'll be jailed a long time ago. Impulsive decision made him like this again, he'll just hope for the better again.

'Why did this happened at times i need to save up' jungwon thought and just shook his head, 'NO! im being mistreated i should quit long time ago!'

He's now cutting some ingredients and still kinda zoning out, he's regretting... did he really choose the right decision again...

'Fuck! forget that shit i need to focus on my friend!'

'But i wonder...what's riki doing now-' he didn't get to finish his thoughts when someone rang his doorbell, he immediately ran and opened the door.
