You and your friend Nara were drowned in books with your finals going on neither of you had a moment to breathe. School had drained the life out of you. But you were glad that this was your last exam and your vacation was about to start.

You studied throughout the night and left for school earlier than you usually did. The exam went by smoothly.
So you decided to head back home because you were extremely sleep deprived.

On the way back home you decided to get a couple of snacks to have for later.
As soon as you reached home you passed out on the couch.

You managed to sleep throughout the day.

Waking up when you heard her shout at you to eat.

Walking into the kitches you saw Nara making chocolate chip pancakes. You grabbed a plate and began to shove the pancakes down when Nara joined you.
And both of you began to discuss where you were going to go to spend vacation time. Both of you came up with multiple options but finally came to agreeing on camping.

Both of you went out shopping to get your essentials and she decided to sleep over.
So both of you could reach the trail early to avoid traffic.
As the sun set she nuzzled into the warmth of your neck as both of you drifted off to sleep.

Come morning you were woken up to the sound of pots and pans ringing the smell of food filled the air as you followed the scent you were met with her cooking both of you breakfast which you happily ate on your way to the trail.

The morning sky was clear but the temperature was unsettling chill.
You felt the humidity hang in the atmosphere.
The sky was relatively clear but cloudy.

The driver upto the hiking trail was relatively uneventful.

Both of you had hiked up almost reaching the end of the trail and were feeling a little winded so you decided to take a breather next to a small clearing.
The sky was getting darker but it didn't seem like it would rain just about yet.
Even if it did there was a trail you could follow so it wouldn't be a problem.

You were resting on a rock when you felt droplets of water gently caress your skin. Looking upward you noticed the clouds starting to cover up any residual sunlight trying to make it's way in.
You signaled your friend to get up so both of your could make your way back down before it started to pour......

As you gathered your things and started to rush down the trail the rain started to pour harder.
The wind blew through making the branches rustle making you turn your head each time in paranoia.

The group beneath you started to soften the soil that was previously firm started to slowly turn into started to turn into a slush making you loose your footing.

In your rush to get down you didn't notice your friend struggling behind you as you illuminated the way leading her down.
Until you heard her scream......

When you turned back you couldn't find her anymore.
That was until you noticed her lying on the ground below you.
The rain caused the ground below her to give way causing to slip down with the mud.

You tried to get to her she still seemed to be breathing but you could see blood seep out of a gash on her head a result of the hit she took.

You tried grabbing onto the branches and try to get down to her but the soil kept crumbling down so you weren't able to keep steady.

You were thinking of ways to get her out before the rain worsed or worse she bleed out.

You decided to call out for help assuming more people would have hiked along the same trail since it was relatively popular.

You were screaming for help for hours at this point shivering each time the cold wind hit your skin.
As you were about to give up you saw a light in the distance gently flickering you started to scream to get the attention of the person and soon enough you saw a figure approach you out of the bush.
He was tall and well built his dark black hair slightly hiding his eyes.

You explained the situation to him and he gladly helped you. To your luck he informed you that he was a regular here and had climbing ropes with him.

He tried a rope onto one of the tress and slid down to collect your unconscious friend as you held a torch in place to help guide him down.

Once he attached a harness onto your friend you helped both of them get up.

It was pretty dark now.
So he offered to drive you back into town saying that the usually exit that led to the parking lot was closed because of a land slide.

You didn't have an option because your friend was knocked out cold and without his help you weren't going to get anywhere. So you happily obliged to his offer.

He was very good at navigating through the dense forest and in no time you had reached a small clearing where you saw a truck which you assumed belonged to him.

He took out a blanket and wrapped it around you as he placed your unconscious friend in the back seat.

He got in and turned on the heater grabbing a spare jacket from his trunk handing it to you so you could change.

Once you were done you got in the passenger seat as he drove along the abandoned road it was still raining and occasionally thundering adding to the already creepy atmosphere of the road.

You kept sneaking glances at your friend through the rear view mirror when he noticed you he reassured you that the cut wasn't deep and that she would be alright.

On the way back both of you made small talk and you found out that his name was Jeno and that he worked with his friend as a construction contractor.
He kept the conversation going and you felt a little at ease.

Soon the forest cleared out and you were on the road.

He kept driving slowly stepping on the gas when you noticed a sign that said the town was the other way down.

You didn't want to panic because he could be just taking a short cut.
You started to get nervous.
You quickly glanced over to him and he gave you a reassuring eye smile.

He kept going faster and faster you started to panic and you grabbed onto the door as you noticed the door didn't have a lock on it and it and refused to budge no matter how much force you applied.

You asked him to stop but he kept silent just giving you a disapproving look.
You raised your voice shouting at him to pull over to which he just slammed his foot on the gas causing you to jerk back into your seat.

You tried to grab onto the steering when he raised his hand and everything suddenly went black.

I have like 15 half written oneshots.
I just started my break so I'll upload often now and I'll look into your messages soon.
