The apartment (jungkook)

You walked out of the grocery store and into the parking lot you swore you could hear a click. You brushed it off and continued to walk to your car. Another click, at this point you started to get a little nervous as it was dark outside and you were the only one in the parking lot or so you thought. You decided to quicken your pace and sprint to the car, swinging open the door, you got in quickly and shoved the groceries in the back seat and stepped on the gas.

As you were getting out of the lot you swore you saw someone standing at a distance just staring at you with a blank expression.
You thought you were just paranoid.

Jungkooks pov:
He grinned to himself as he looked through the photos he took of you. What first started off as something innocent soon turned into something sinister.

He recalled the first time he saw you.
He had just moved in to your apartment complex and was carrying a couple of boxes to his apartment when one slid from his hand, but before it could touch the ground you managed to grab it.
He let out a sigh of relief as the box contained his camera lenses.
He thanked you as you offered to help carry the boxes.

The following couple of days he would find small excuses to meet you each day whether it be asking for sugar or offering you a meal.
He always thought of something.
At first you thought it was cute and you had to admit you too had developed a small crush on him.
But something seemed off , stuff suddenly started to go missing around the house.
The windows that you swore you closed before bed were wide open in the morning.
You would find that things shifted places at first you thought that you were paranoid and that it was all in your head.

But as you went to bed today after a long day of work you couldn't help but feel a little uneasy almost as if you weren't alone.
You drifted off to sleep at around 2 am you hear a small thud.
You open your eyes to see a your neighbor jungkook sitting at the foot of your bed staring at you with a blank expression he slowly edged closer to you and tucked a stray strand of hair away from your face.
You wanted to scream but he held onto your throat.
He leaned in and whispered "You look so peaceful when you sleep".
He held onto your throat till you passed out.

You woke up the next morning with memories from the night before, you went to grab a glass of water when you noticed the lock on your front door was broken.
In fear of what happened last night you called the landlord to get it fixed and told him about what happened last night because you trusted him.
You heard him pause for a second and he told you that no one had moved in next door and when you insisted that you had seen jungkook move in he asked you to go check for yourself.
And that's exactly what you did but when you reached his apartment unit it was empty.

You swore that he was real, even if he wasn't real the marks he left on your neck certainly were.
