[Wave's Perspective]

"Won't you be my boyfriend, Wave?" Traffic asked me with certainty in his eyes.

I felt my become warmer and warmer, so I quickly moved my eyes to my homework to avoid any eye contact.

"Don't you have an answer for me?" Traffic asked as he tried to make eye contact with me.

"What are you talking about?" I stuttered as I could feel my face flush.

"I thought you would give me an answer to my confession," Traffic said.

"Fine!" I said, glueing my eyes to my work.

"What's your answer then?" Traffic said as a smile came up on his face.

"Okay," I answered, feeling my face become even more red. "I'll be your boyfriend..."

"What did you say?" Traffic teased me. "I couldn't hear you."

"If you didn't hear it then whatever," I talked back as I started to solve the final math problem.

"Fine, fine," Traffic said as it seemed like he had given up. "Why won't you look at me?"

"I'm doing my homework!" I snapped as I kept my eyes on the worksheets.

At that moment, Traffic grabbed my chin and turned my head towards him, so my eyes could match his. As soon our eyes met, I could feel my face flush, so I moved my eyes away from him.

"Wave," Traffic said in a low tone. "Can you look at me once? Aren't we dating now?"

[Traffic's Perspective]

Because of my words, Wave moved his eyes towards mine, which caused him to blush deeply. Knowing how much effect I could give to him and seeing how his cheeks and ears turned to a deep red, I couldn't help but smile, thinking that he was very cute. As I smiled I could see how Wave was slightly glaring at me.

As he glared he asked, "Why are you smiling?"

"Because you're adorable," I said as I smiled wider.

"Wh-what nonsense are you saying," Wave stuttered. "If you are going to say weird stuff, just leave."

"Fine," I said with a smile. "I'll stop teasing you. Just finish your homework."

Wave gave me a nod and moved his attention back to his homework. For the rest of the day, we spent the day on top of Wave's bed where Wave was doing his homework and I just casually watched him. At times I would smile, thinking back to how we are boyfriends now. I guessed that Wave may like me now, but I didn't expect for him to accept right away. However, I was glad that he said yes quickly.

After a few hours, I went to take a shower, and when I came back to Wave's room, I saw him fallen asleep with his head on his textbook. I smiled slightly and walked towards him and carefully lifted him up and placed him with his head on his pillow and back on the bed.

"If you are tired, why are you studying longer?" I asked softly as I picked up his books off the bed. "If you're tired, you should have gone to sleep instead of trying to work harder. True this side of you is something that I really like about you, but you shouldn't overwork yourself. Well... Good night, Wave."

I lay down beside Wave and fell asleep.

-----the next morning-----

I slowly opened my eyes as I woke up, and the first thing I noticed was how dark the room was despite it being the morning. My eyes went to the closed curtains, which caused me to let out a sigh. Right after this, my eyes moved towards the person laying down next to me who was still asleep.
