[Wave's Perspective]
"Our process has been pushed back a bit, but we will be able to take care of everything as we have plenty of time left," Khru Pom explained to us slowly in a calm tone while writing on the chalkboard. "For now we need to come up with a plan to get into these buildings while not getting caught. Each buildings have different security systems, so it will be hard to choose each one."
I sat back quietly on the chair I was sitting at and had been staring at that chalkboard now for almost 2 hours. I had started to get boring just hearing Khru Pom and Khru Wanpadej explain the mission over and over again. I looked around and the other gifted students seemed to be getting bored as well as I could even see Ohm, who was always interested in becoming the next "X-man" or what, was starting to fall asleep. Even Namtarn wasn't stopping him from doing so as she was busy trying to stay awake herself. I looked around the room again and my eyes met with Traffic's.
------ 1 week ago -------
"They are up everyone!!!!" I heard a scream from someone as I woke up sweating greatly.
I had woke up with a scream, which was what had made someone scream that loudly that Traffic and I had woken up. I was panting to catch my breath when kids from Blacklist had ran in. They were headed toward Traffic who was also trying to catch his breath, but still smiling like he was trying to reassure them that he is fine.
"Are you okay Traffic!?" Title yelled to a point my head and my eyes hurt. "We were worried sick because you weren't waking up."
"Exactly," Highlight said in a soft and calm, but worried voice. "What took you so long?"
"It didn't take that long," Traffic said, giving them a smile. "How long were we out for?"
"It's already been 2 days," Title said, beating everyone else from saying it.
The chatter did not stop from that side of the room. I looked around to see where I was and I found that I was in a room in the old building we were in, but it seemed like a nurse's office. I sighed and I started to try to stand up and walk out of the room as it seemed like no one really needed me there and also because I didn't want to be surrounded by people, more of all people I didn't know well about. While trying to stand up, I lost my strength in the middle making myself fall down right on the floor.
I was wincing in pain when Traffic said, "Wave! Are you okay?"
Without giving him even a glance I said, "I'm fine. Mind your own business."
I quickly stood up by myself by grabbing the bed and just sat back on the bed, knowing that I will not be able to stand up for a while. I closed by eyes, so the other people wouldn't talk to me, and tried to go back to sleep wanting time to go faster. I wanted to leave this place, but knew that there wouldn't be a way to get back to my dorm anyways as I was pretty sure that all of the gifted class and Khru Pom had already left and I didn't have enough money to go back by a taxi. The only way was to stay here and spend the night. I listened to the chatter of Blacklist gang. It was mixed with laughter and voices. After experiencing the time in which I was still a nobody made all my fears come back. I felt like falling into a dark hole with no end. While thinking back on the topic, I fell asleep.
-------present--------
I quickly looked away from Traffic after meeting his eyes. It seemed like he could look through me. I didn't want my emotions for thoughts being read, so I looked back at the two teachers still explaining to us the mission and kept emotionless face.
"Well that's all you need to know about the mission for now," Khru Wanpadej told us, getting everyone's attention with hope in their eyes. "Uhhhh.... Everyone wake up! Please."
