Without Him

Nine's POV

Just this afternoon I met him at cafe, but now I really miss him. Did he really go to his home? Liu Yu never tell me about that before. It's so suddenly. Or maybe he has this plan before and didn't tell me? But he always tells me everything. I think I'm not important to him anymore...

Instead sitting on bed but can't sleep and just thinking about things that stress me out, I leave from my room. I go to living room, but no one there, dining room and kitchen, empty too.

I go upstairs and seeing Riki ge's door open, so I peeking. There was Yuan ge and Jiayuan with Riki ge. I greeted them from door.

"Hey, what are you doing there?" I asked it with a smile, but, their reactions being so strange. When they hear my voice and knew I standing there, they shocked like saw a ghost.

"Hi Nine. Come in!" Riki asked me to come in friendly.

"I just want to say hi ge." I'm talking from the door. I feel atmosphere there became awkward after I'm come, Jiayuan didn't want to look at me, while Yuan ge... he smiled at me while quickly hiding his phone.

"What are you doing?" I still standing next door with smile.

"Just chatting. Come in Nine. You must be alone downstairs." Said Riki.

"Come here Xiao Jiu!" Yuan ge told me to come in too. But Jiayuan, he just looked at me with awkward. What they talking about before I came?

I think my existence disturbing them, so I decided not go inside.

"I'm wanna go to Paipai's. Goodnight." I go from there to Paipai's. The door is closed, so I knocking and open it.

"Pai... Paipai!" I looking my nong in his room, but that room empty. I close Paipai's room again and go to Liu Yu's room. Tonight, I'll just sleep there. I really comfortable sleeping there, Liu Yu's smell spread all over his bed, make me sleep better.

I like it. Liu Yu's smells.

"Pai?!" I entered that room without knocking because the door was open, but I finding Paipai there. He sitting on bed with Keyu.

"Phi!" Papai immediately approached me.

"I looking for you in your room, but you not there."

I said to Paipai who front of me, but I seeing Keyu who still sitting on his bed. Keyu's expression, I actually saw exact same expression before. Yeah, Keyu reminds me of Jiayuan and Yuan ge. Their expressions totally same when they see me. Awkwardly and quickly hide his phone.

"You're looking for me?" Asked Paipai with a smile.

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"

"Of course Phi. Let's sleep now then."

"You can continue your business with Keyu, I'll waiting in your room." I don't want bothering them.

"We're done. Let's go sleep Phi!" Paipai embrace me after saying goodnight to Keyu. We walk towards his room with Paipai still embrace me. I seeing at his face, but I didn't see anything strange. But, I'm still curious about Keyu's.

"What you two talking about?" I asked.

"With Daniel?"

"Yeah."

"Nothing. I was just boring in my room, so I go to his room." Hearing that I became a little relieved, I think I thinking too much. My nong, I really trust him. He is my kind and angelic nong. He never lies. Whatever he says, I'll fully believe it.

"Want use aircon?" After arriving in his room, I immediately go to his bed.

"Let's light it up and put on a thick blanket."

"But our skin will be dry tomorrow morning."

"Paipai..." I begging.

"Okay." Paipai turn on air conditioner and joined me on bed. We laying together and shared a blanket. I hugging his pink patrick doll while staring on dim lights above.

"Pai..."

"Hmmm..." Paipai had closed his eyes, but he still answered me.

"Did Liu Yu say something before leaving today?"

"Something?"

"It's just really weird Liu Yu suddenly leave without saying goodbye to me. He usually tells me everything. Liu Yu tell you? About going to his family's house?"

"Yu ge didn't say anything to me." Paipai said still with his eyes closed.

"We still practice together this morning, and this afternoon I also met him. But he didn't say anything about going anywhere. He even said he wanted to practice all day because he had a lot to catch up on about dancing..."

"This is very strange. Could be something happen? Or someone in his family be sick or something? Haishh... I'm so worried. He didn't reply my chats too." That room very quiet, even more quiet because Paipai didn't respond to me either.

"You sleeping?" I hugging my doll tightly.

"No..." He answered with his eyes closed. Looks like he's trying to sleep.

"And when I came back after meet Chaochao, I didn't see him in practice room anymore and you guys said Liu Yu go home first. But when we're at home, he's not there too. And then you guys said Liu Yu go to his home. This is so strange."

"Just sleep Phi..." His eyes still closed.

"You guys know everything about Liu Yu, but I... I don't know anything. I always show off that I'm Liu Yu's closest friend, but I don't even know anything about him..."

"Did something happen with you two?" Paipai asked. I stared at face of my nong who lying beside me waiting my answer. Yes Paipai, something happened between me and Liu Yu. A lot things happened and everything was out of my control.

"I wish I didn't, but... I think I hurt him. He's angry and disappointed with me now."

"If you knew it hurt him, why you do that?" I heard it, but... It's so hard for me to answer.

My eyes getting warm. I hope I don't cry anymore. I should have run out my tears this afternoon when I with Chaochao.

"Pai, I'm feel sorry for what I'm doing to him... I regret everything I did. I'm sad he disappointed with me. I hate myself for making him sad. I think I deserve this. I'm not worthy to Liu Yu. This is my karma."

What should I do...? I don't think my tears can hold anymore. I feel warm tears running down on my face. I really don't want my nong to see me like this. He closed his eyes, but sound of my crying... I'm sure Paipai known I was crying right now. But...

"Just sleep..." Paipai hugged me.

"I hope you guys can back to how you used to be. Care for each other. Loving each other..." He said as he keep patting my back. Pai, thanks for not open your eyes.
