Jiayuan, Nine and Keyu got off from taxi, then they immediately entered the cafe. They saw all tables were almost full. There only a few bar seat left. Luckily Jiayuan already called Mark before coming, so cafe left one table for them.
"Why is it so crowded tonight!" Keyu surprised by people at that cafe, with live music going on.
"I heard that jazz musicians from abroad performing tonight here." Jiayuan answer, walking leading Keyu and Nine to a table pass crowds of people.
"You okay?" Keyu glanced at Nine who was following him.
"It's okay... It's just so crowded!" Nine said loudly, competing with noise. Nine held Keyu's clothes as he continued walking.
"Don't get too far from me!" Nine's small steps are hard to keep up with Keyu's steps. Seeing that, Keyu immediately grabbed Nine's hand and continued walking follow Jiayuan.
"Finally!" Said Jiayuan, now they have arrived at table closest with stage. Jiayuan sit in the middle, making Keyu and Nine sit far apart.
"Wow!!! I'm so excited!!" Jiayuan shouted loudly. He was very excited go to that place again after so long. Even though Jiayuan had just arrived, he immediately applauded when singer on stage finished singing.
"Xiao Jiu, what do you want to drink?" Asked Jiayuan.
"Anything. Order your favorite drink."
"How about you?" This time he asked Keyu.
"Whatever. Jiayuan, low alcohol please. Nine can't drink." Keyu said to Jiayuan.
"Johnnie Walker only 40%?" Said Jiayuan.
"Too high! Just buy some sweet vodka!" Said Keyu.
"Vodka?" Jiayuan speechless. He wasn't planning just drinking vodka at that place.
"No vodka! Whiskey please. When else I can go to a place like this and drink whiskey?!" Nine said to Keyu and Jiayuan.
"3-4 glasses won't get Xiao Jiu drunk." Jiayuan convincing Keyu. Keyu thingking for a while and finally agreed.
"Wait here. I'll order our drinks." Jiayuan stand up, and looked at Keyu. It took some time for Keyu to understand and finally gave his wallet to Jiayuan.
After Jiayuan left, only two of them there were separated by a seat. Nine looked excited to see live music, while Keyu... He sits quietly watching Nine.
Keyu not relized that he was smiling at Nine. Yeah, it's been long time since Keyu seeing Nine smile like that.
"Keyu, this place is really cool! You really been here before?" Asked Nine, making Keyu startled. Fortunately, Nine didn't realize that Keyu had been staring at him.
"Yeah... I've been here a few times." Keyu silent again, then....
"Nine, I'm so happy you're smiling again like this." Live music was playing, and voices of people were also very noisy, but now Nine and Keyu looked at each other and were silent for a moment.
