Luke opened the door to his small apartment, the keys jingling slightly as the door unlocked, allowing the brunette inside his small home.
He sighed, tossing his keys on the side and shoving his bag into a small corner. It wasn't a very hard day at college, but he still felt the need to have a little rest on the couch and watch his favourite show.
He walked into the living room and sat down on the couch sideways so his legs could spread out a bit. Picking up the remote, he held it infront of the TV, the red light turning to green as he turned it on.
It was around 6pm, the moon already glowing in the dim light outside. It was actually quite late but Zander wasn't home yet. Usually he came back after the brunette anyway.
Luke sat up slightly, taking off his jacket and draping it over the top of the couch. He decided to go and grab something small to eat since he didn't really feel hungry enough for a whole meal even though it was dinner time.
He hopped off the couch, making sure to pause the show playing on the TV screen beforehand, and made his way into the kitchen.
He opened the fridge to see what was inside; not much. He really needed to do a bit of shopping. He thought about asking Zander to pick up a few supplies, but then remembered that he was probably tired from college since he had a presentation thing to do that day, so he didn't call him.
After contemplating on decision of what to eat, the brunette finally decided to make a quick sandwich.
He got out all the supplies and quickly put together a decent sandwich to eat. He took it on a plate into the living room and resumed watching his show.
After a few minutes, the door unlocked, more keys jingling just like before when Luke opened the door.
Inside stepped the latter's boyfriend, his purple hair messy and out of place.
He dumped his keys and bag down and groaned, walking into the living room to be greeted by Luke.
The brunette's face turned into to a concerned expression as Zander got closer to him as he noticed the black bags under his eyes.
"Hey, sweetie. Rough day? You look really tired." Luke asked, sitting up and making room for Zander on the couch.
He sat down and put his hands in his lap, resting his head on Luke's shoulder. He only hummed in response to Luke's words.
"Ok. Do you want some dinner?" The drummer asked, ruffling Zander's hair with his fingers.
Zander just shook his head, closing his eyes. He was acting weird, and Luke could tell.
"Babe, what's wrong?" He asked, wrapping an arm around his small form.
Zander huffed, groaning, "Nothing's wrong. I'm fine. Just tired." He mumbled.
Luke nodded in understanding, "Ok sweetheart." He kissed Zander's cheek quickly, not wanting to make him angry.
After a while of watching TV, well, Luke was, Zander just stared at the ground, barely blinking, h the latter stood up suddenly, startling Luke.
"You ok, sweetie?" He asked, looking up at his pale boyfriend.
Zander nodded, "Yeah, just going to the bathroom." He said quietly before walking into the hallway.
Before Luke heard footsteps going up the stairs like he expected, he heard a bag being unzipped. He sat up looking back at Zander curiously.
The pianist looked back at Luke, reaching into his back for something. "What?" He asked, obviously annoyed at the brunette for no reason.
