Countless hours had passed since Vladamire's and Rowena's disagreement. After only a few hours, what appeared to be the suns rays began to shine through the leaves. It had appeared to be sun rise due to the lack of light. Rowena had surprisingly remained quiet for most of the trip. But occasionally, she would mumble under her breath. From what I could barley make out she had words that father would describe as a 'one way ticket to hell.' Even knowing what the words meant sent chills down my spine. Father had, after all forced onto me at a very young age the idea of how horrible of a consequence it would be to even forget to pray. I could only imagine something ten times worse for such language.

Vladamire, on the other hand remained silent. Sending warning glares towards the young girl behind him every so often. Which, were much more frightening then hell it's self. By the way things were going. I decided to at least try to start a conversation.

"S-so.." I started. Vladamire didn't bother looking back, while Rowena who was in the middle of another curse looked up at me showing acknowledgement for my sad attempt. "How far are we exactly from the castle?"

"Well, from the pace were walking right now, I would say about a month." Rowena responded. I gasped.

"A- a whole month?" I practically yelled. Rowena nodded in response.

"Of course, it would only take a day if Vlady used is bat powers to take us there." Vladamire's grip on my wrist tightened.

"If I were to do that, I would only be able to carry master, and" The butler turned to look Rowena dead in the eyes. "You would not be able to keep up with me. Leaving me with more work as usual because I would have to make two trips. Of course I wouldn't come back to pick up such a-"

"Hey" Rowena cut him off. Holding up both her hands in a defensive manner. "I wont be complaining." The butler let go of my wrist. He then moved his hand up to his forehead, to most likely, stop an upcoming head ache.

"I don't have time for this, and besides I already have a mode of transportation in mind." Both Rowena and I looked up at him surprised.

"This better be good." The only girl responded.

"Rowena, I need you to take Marc to the nearest town, I have some things to take care of. I will meet you both once preparations are complete." Vladamire explained, while spitting out Rowena's name.

"Now that's what I'm talking about." Rowena excitedly praised. She then proceeded to grab my once free hand and pull me towards a different direction then we had originally had been walking.

"Wait, What about Vladamire?" I asked, not entirely sure if we should be wandering off with out protecting. The butler sent me a smirk, that caused shivers to run up and down my spine.

"No need to worry master, I will be back with you soon. After all the sun is rising." With a small bow, the vampire butler disappeared in the blink of an eye.

"Stop being a slow poke, and lets get going." Younger hands pulled on mine with in human strength. Sending my body flying foreword past my lone companion.

At the sight of the first town I felt my jaw drop. literally. Amazing architect surrounded everything. Buildings had seemed to have this Gothic theme that matched perfectly with the colors of clothes and flowers. The people appeared friendly enough, excluding a few oddly dressed characters. Wearing dark tethered cloaks and robes that could blend in easily with the shadows of the night. A small hand reached up and forced my mouth closed.

"If you keep your mouth open any longer a bug just might land in your mouth." I felt my self frown in a childish way at her teasing. Who in return got a wink and the unforgettable response "But then again, I sometimes eat bugs." Rowena joked giggling a little at her own sense of humor. I, on the other hand just chose to ignore her comment for now.

"So what exactly do we do now?" I asked while still admiring the scenery of course. The girl just shrugged.

"I'm not sure, I guess we just wait and be prepared. After all that creature from hell could come with a carriage with magical mice turned into horses."

"Has he done that before?" I asked out loud without realizing it. Causing even more embarrassment them before. Rowena just shook her head.

"Don't be ridiculous, nothing of the sort exists." A sigh escaped my lips. 'don't blame me.' I thought. I only just learned of vampire and were wolf existence only a few days ago.'

A long pause followed. Earning a deep sigh from the two of us. Suddenly, a cloaked figure began pushing through a group of people. The person's dark red cloak blew in the wind, but continued to reveal nothing of the person inside it. The taller figure pushed past me, nearly knocking me over. If it wasn't for Rowena catching me in time.

"Din fel om!" A deep masculine called out.

"Hey!" My companion called towards the hurdling figure. "Watch where your going idiot!" The red person turned to face us. I took notice to two dangerously dark brown eyes. With red just barley tainting them.

"Cum ai zis?" He questioned, showing hints of a threat in his voice.

"I don't know what you just said however, your still an I-D-i-O-T." Rowena teased. Instantly I knew that wasn't a good idea.
"Hey." I tried. "L-lets just forget it okay, I didn't get hurt or anything." The blonde girl shook her head.
"You can't just let people like that push you around Marc, that's for the weak." She then proceeded to make her way towards the figure. But didn't get far before I grabbed onto her hand. Her head snapped by to glare at me. 'She really hates avoiding fights.' My mind commented. 'I need a distraction before this gets to out of hand.' My eyes skimmed across the buildings before landing on a small Gothic church. 'Lets go sit through a mass."

"Huh?" Rowena complained. "Are you one of those, super Catholics or something?" I shook my head.

"Just come on. " My legs then proceeded to drag the clueless and clearly violent wolf girl towards the small building. To my surprise, I could see the cloaked figure following us. Ignoring the warning signs in my gut, I made my companion to enter the small building. The smaller church had many crosses, and to my surprise garlic and silver. I looked back at Rowena, who didn't seem to bothered by the Lycan's mortal enemy. However, I felt effected. The garlic smelt far too strong. As well as the sight of silver made me feel dizzy.

Suddenly, without any warning my legs gave out on me. The world around me started to spin uncontrollably.

"Marc?" Rowena worriedly questioned. Her small frame sat next to mine. "Are you ok?" Instead of answering her, like my mind had wanted to I felt the dizzy feeling get worse. The red figure took two steps towards us to get a better view.

"Vampir" His deep voice barley whispered. Surprisingly Rowena ignored him. Her hand moved to my forehead.

"Your burning up." She exclaimed with a gasp.

"Vampir" The mans voice spoke this time louder. His tall legs taking brisk steps that led him to being directly behind Rowena.

"Shut it freak." Rowena cursed. The strangers hand reeled back and in one swift movement, slapped the young girl with such an excruciating force that she was sent flying foreword.

"Vino cu mine creatură de întuneric" The strange man said to me, before my eyes shut completely. Leaving nothing but darkness and Rowena's screaming.

"Marc!"

End of chapter. So I thought it would add some Romanian words, since they are in Romania. Here are the translations if you want them:

Din fel om - Out of my way human

Cum ai zis- what did you call me?

Vampir- Vampire

Vino cu mine creatură de întuneric- Come with me creature of darkness.

These might not be accurate by the way. I didn't use google translate. (We all know how good google translate is.) But I did use Babylon, and I honestly don't know any words in Romanian. But hey, it made the story more interesting right?
