The Schnapp family invited me to go skiing with them, so we're all in the car heading to the ski park. "Are we nearly there yet!" Noah groaned like a five-year-old. Chloe turned to face him "Noah!" She laughed. Chloe was sat in the middle with me and Noah either side of her, she smacked his arm and rolled her eyes. "I'm just excited!" Noah exclaimed, I smiled at him "same" I said awkwardly. "You don't sound convinced" Karine said from the passenger seat. Panic rose through me, "no I mean, I am excited just nervous" I explained frantically. I didn't want to seem ungrateful.

The journey didn't last long, after an hour or two we arrived at the beautiful landscape. The snow blanketed around the village, fairy lights were decorated everywhere, and the smell of pine could be smelt even through the car. "It's so pretty here" I said, in awe.

"That's where we're going" Noah exclaimed, he reached over Chloe and grabbed my hand, pointing it in the direction of the mountains. Chloe smacked Noah's arm, "Noah" She groaned. He rolled his eyes and leaned back in his seat, pretending to be in a mood.

We all got out the car, "right let's get all the equipment guys" Noah's dad shouted whilst he opened the boot. Noah passed me his spare ski's and took out his own, once everyone was settled, we headed up to the ski lifts.

"You're going to have to teach me Noah, I've never skied before" I said, feeling my heart rate quicken when I saw the towering mountains. Noah smiled down at me, "sure, sweetheart! I am the pro" Noah said smugly. Chloe rolled her eyes, "Last year Noah was too scared to go down one of the routs, I had to go first" Chloe giggled. I suppressed a smile, "I may need Chloe's help then".

Noah scowled and stuck his lounge out at us both. I giggled and Chloe playfully hit him on the arm. "Right guys, we need to go in pairs on the lifts" Karine said as she and Michell sat down in one of the ski lifts. "Actually, I'm sure you three can fit on one" Michell shouted as their ski lift began traveling up. "Okay but I am not sitting in the middle of you two again" Chloe said, quickly taking a seat. Noah intertwined our hands as we sat next to Chloe. It may have been a bit tight, but we were fine.

The lift moved slowly up, and I squealed, Noah chuckled and kissed me gently on my head. I shuffled closer to him and wrapped my arms around his waist, hugging him tightly. "Y/N you're missing the view!" Noah laughed. I lifted my head cautiously and looked out into the distance, once I had relaxed a bit, I pulled away from him and stared at the gorgeous view.

The mountains were as sharp as knives, but they were dusted with snow like sugar on a cake. The pine trees towered above us, and the wind brushed against my cheeks, causing them to flush pink. It was freezing so I pulled the zip on my ski jacket further up my neck.

Once we arrived at the top of the mountain, we all got out the ski lifts and started to put our gear on. "Ready Y/N" Chloe shouted, the harsh winds turning her voice to a Wisper. I nodded nervously, my stomach flipping when I looked down. Noah gripped my hand and kissed my cheek, "let's go!" he exclaimed in a reassuring tone. We put our skis on, I gripped onto Noah's shoulder for balance.

Once everyone was suited up, Michell and Karine set off down the slope. "I'm not sure about this" I mumbled, Noah grinned "You will love it, trust me" he said. I nodded and held Noah's hand as we inched further to the edge of the slope.

The sun was strong, and it beamed off our ski goggles, so I had to squint, which wasn't ideal when we were about to ski. "Okay so you use ski poles for support and stuff so when we push off the slope make sure you use them to push off and bend your knees. This slope is straight down, it's the beginner's slope, you don't need to worry about turning. Ready love?" Noah asked after he explained the tactics. I nodded barley, Noah turned to me and pulled his jacket down, "trust me, I'm right by your side. Promise" he said. I smiled gently, and breathed in a deep breath, "I'm ready" I shouted. Noah grinned, "Right, off we go!" he placed a hand on my back and gently pushed me towards the edge. I pulled my gloves on tighter and my jacket up to my neck.

"On three, 1,2,3!" Noah yelled as we both pushed off the edge of the slope. The wind tackled through my stray bits of hair, that came out of my helmet, and the breeze bit at my skin. It was freezing, but I can't lie, this was so fun. The slope was smooth against my ski's, and I was balancing just fine. Noah was slightly ahead of me, and I saw him turn and his eyes glimmer in my direction. I smiled with my eyes at him and used the poles to speed up, soon enough I was speeding past him.

My heart was beating unusually quickly, and I could hardly breathe when I saw a steep slope, I was heading straight towards. I furrowed my eyebrows as panic rushed through me. I heard a muffled sound in the distance, "Y/N!" It yelled. I turned my head around seeing Noah frantically pointing for me to turn. But I couldn't, I tried but instead my legs wobbled and soon enough I was flying of the slope. I flapped my arms like a bird, stupidly trying to regain balance. I screamed but nothing came out my mouth, my ski's hit hard on the snow as the impact shock through my body.

Noah's pov

I watched as Y/N struggled to turn and instead went straight of the professional slope. I forgot to warn her about that, I felt helpless as guilt flooded through me. I pushed with the ski poles as hard as possible so I could reach her when she hit the ground, I turned a sharp corner and just about reached her.

When she hit the ground, I rushed straight Infront of her. So, when her legs gave way, we both fell into the pillow like snow. Relief spread through me as I heard her giggle. She was lying on top of my stomach and laughing. A smile pulled at my lips, I pulled my jacket down off my neck and my goggles off. She did the same.

"I'm sorry" I mumbled, looking down at her head on my chest. She let out a sigh and just continued laughing. Soon enough we were both laughing our heads off. She rolled of my stomach and fell in the snow.

We made snow angels for a moment or two before I turned my head and we locked eyes.

Y/N pov

I felt his gaze search my face, I smiled gently. Stray bits of my hair settling across my face, disturbing my vision. I lifted my hand, but Noah stopped me instead he lifted his hand to my face and combed my hair behind my ear. My breath got caught in my throat as I felt him  passionately connect our lips. I kissed him back quickly and held his face in my hands, we continued kissing and a tingling sensation occurred in my stomach. I felt butterflies as Noah smirked in between the kisses.
