CEO Jinki AU

Beginning

Kyungmi looked up at the big doors to the Lee Car Industry. She gulped and said to her self,"Be brave. This will be a good day."

When she walked in the doors, someone walked up to her and asked,"How may I help you?"

She pulled out some papers and said,"I am added to the secretary list."

The woman nodded and asked her to follow her. They walked into an elevator and up to the 5th floor.

When they walked out the woman asked,"May I see your papers again?"

Kyungmi nodded and handed them to her.

The woman's lips curved upward as she said,"Oh lucky you. You seem to have gotten the most wanted job in the secretary section."

Kyungmi frowned and looked at her papers again to see nothing significant. "I don't understand." She spoke as they walked down a hallway.

The woman spoke as if it was obvious,"You're the CEO's secretary."

This information made Kyungmi nervous. She just held it inside so she wouldn't screw up on her first day.

The woman finally stopped walking and pointed to a desk that was to the side of two doors. "That's yours. Make yourself at home. The CEO will probably come meet you at lunch time. Who knows, maybe he'll buy your lunch."

The woman winked before she walked off.

The desk was like a half circle, made of light brown wood. She wasn't sure what kind, but it was pretty.

There was a flatscreen computer on the desk, and a nice rolling chair in front of it.

She set down her box of supplies and smiled,"Wow I'm excited! I wonder what the CEO looks like.."

She jumped after she heard a sudden voice behind her. "Well if you want to see what I look like, then turn around."

She turned to see a handsome man with brown hair and a black suit smirking at her.

Wow he's pretty..

She bowed to him and said,"I'm sorry!"

He frowned slightly,"What for? It's fine anyway." He stepped forward and held out his hand.

She shook it while he said,"I'm Lee Jinki." He looked down at her name tag and smiled,"It's nice to meet you, Oh Kyungmi."

Then he just turned and walked into his office doors.

"Dang." She stood there in awe of his beauty for a moment before she turned back to her box.

"I'd better start unpacking."

She looked down at her work proudly. She had all her notebooks, pens, and pencils squared away either on her desk or in drawers.

She had put two desert plants on the desk in white pots. And placed a picture of her bunny next to her computer.

She turned on her computer to see it was already on and there was a note waiting for her.

It said,

"Hello, new secretary! This job should be pretty simple for you. There is an email that was already made for you that you can contact me with. Someone is assigned to help you understand the job and other things.

Please contact me if you need anything,

CEO, Lee Jinki"

She went to the email that was for her to see the inbox was empty. She sighed,"I hope this day isn't too long.."

It was lunchtime, and Kyungmi had prepared a bento for herself. Right as she was pulling it out of her bag, the two large doors opened. The young CEO walked out and set his arms on the counter surrounding her desk.

He smiled while looking down at her bento,"Did you make that?" She nodded, and he sighed,"Ah.. I haven't had a homemade bento in ages..."

She looked down at her food sadly, then held it up to him,"Would you like it?"

His face lit up,"Really? You'd give it to me? Thank you!" The way he said 'me' it sounded as if he didn't see himself as the head of a large company.

She watched solemnly as he opened the box and ate one of the mini sausage octopus. She saw sudden realization flood to his face as he swallowed.

"Oh man... This was your lunch, wasn't it..." Jinki shook his head with a frown,"I am so sorry. Please allow me to buy you lunch."

Kyungmi chuckled a bit,"Alright, but it has to be somewhere fancy."

He laughed,"Alright lets go!" He lead the way out, still eating from the bento which was in his hands.

They rode in the back of a nice black car. Neither spoke because Jinki was stuffing his face.

The restaurant they arrived at was Si Hwa Dam. Kyungmi's eyes widened,"Woah, I've never been here before."

He grinned,"Well, today's your lucky day."

The meal they shared seemed to be only a beginning. A beginning to an adventure, maybe? But it seems all Jinki has been doing is eating and eating.
