CEO Jinki AU

Accusation

Kyungmi had been working at Lee Car Industry for about a week now. Jinki seemed to really trust her, and she did her job well. She had figured out the Lee Jinki wasn't always as happy as he seemed, so she tried her best to be uplifting around him.
This day was a Tuesday, and everything was going good. Until one of the managers rushed into the CEO's office.
Kyungmi knew something must be wrong. She logged into her computer and searched through her files. Everything seemed fine-wait.. A document was missing.
Right as she realized something was gone, the CEO pushed the doors open and walked towards her.
He looked into her eyes for a moment before saying,"Was it you?"
A tall, slender, young woman walked out behind him with a small smirk on her face. Kyungmi noticed it was the same woman that brought her to her job.
Kyungmi frown,"What do you mean?"
His whole being seemed completely different, he was so serious. It was terrifying.
"The documents. Did you take them?" He stared at her with hard eyes and she shook her head quickly,"No, of course not! I don't even know which document was stolen."
He sighed and rubbed is eyes with his thumb and index finger. "We traced the computer. It's this one. Yours."
Kyungmi looked down at her computer. "I swear I wouldn't do a thing like that!"
He growled,"Is that what all this was? Your way of sneaking in and earning my trust. Just to steal my personal documents."
Kyungmi shook her head, tears starting to form,"It wasn't me! I wouldn't do that!"
His voice rose,"Enough! Just leave. Get out!"
Kyungmi looked at him, hurt, before grabbing her purse and walking out quickly.

Kyungmi laid face down at on her bed crying when a knock sounded at the door. "Yah! Kyungmi, it's Jinhee! Open up!"
Jinhee had been Kyungmi's best friend since college. She had long light brown hair and pale skin. She was always wearing different lenses since they had met, so Kyungmi didn't actually know what her true color was.
Kyungmi lifted her head to yell,"It's open!"
She heard the front door to her apartment open and her Jinhee step out of her heels and into her slippers(she had a pair there).
Jinhee walked right into the bed room and slapped Kyungmi's butt. "Yah!"
Jinhee was expressionless,"Why are you laying like this in your room?"
Kyungmi glared at her like she was insane,"I just probably got fired from the only job I could get hired in! And it paid really well! Also the CEO was attractive as heck and I think he might've liked me!"
Jinhee groaned,"I know all that! Why are you just laying here doing nothing about it? Go and prove to him it wasn't you! I can be a witness as to where you were when the documents were stolen."
Kyungmi shook her head,"I can't do that! He wouldn't believe me anyway."
Jinhee pulled her off the bed,"We're going there right now. I would've agreed to let you fix your makeup, but since you decided to be a butt about it I won't."
Kyungmi screeched,"No I can't go see him like this!"
Jinhee started to drag her out the door. "Well I have a makeup bag in my car you can fix it a bit on the way."

Soon they were standing right in front of the CEO's desk.
"Kyungmi didn't steal your documents. She isn't like that. I can tell you exactly where she was when the documents were stolen too. I'm her best friend by the way." Jinhee spoke informally to Lee Jinki, and you could see the displeasure on his face.
His eyes moved over to Kyungmi,"Please, explain."
She gulped under his hard glare,"The documents were stolen last night, but I wasn't here last night. I was at the bar with Jinhee and her sister. Anyways have you checked any of the cameras?"
Jinki's stern demeanor fell. "Oh yeah.. We have camera's don't we.." His face was a little flushed as he logged into his computers.
He sent a message to the security crew and asked to send the footage from last night.
After going through the footage, it was easy to tell who it was. The idiot hadn't even put on a hoodie or mask. I mean really you would think a sly woman like her would be more cautious.
It was the woman from before. The one that told him about the incident, and that led Kyungmi to her job.
The woman was fired and Kyungmi was allowed to stay in her job. Jinki apologized to her for not believing in her.
