Xiao again please just trust me on this. You're exactly one thousand eight hundred and your vision with Pyro. Your height is 5'1. This one's a bit shorter.

Yukiko's P.O.V

I sighed softly, serving the guest's what they wanted. It was the busiest day of the year, with the festival nearby. I felt a child pull on my long vivid red hairs, playing with the black tips. The mother apologized, me continuing on. My pale green eyes darted around the room, carefully watching everyone. I noticed Xiao walk in, me quickly walking over the his seat. I placed a plate of almond tofu in front of him, seeing him quickly look at me.

"Your regular. Two thirty in the afternoon every Wednesday." I smiled. "I'll get you your other plate when your ready."

I noticed Sucrose sneaking out of the kitchen, making me furrow my eyebrows, walking over to her and Albedo.

"Was there a problem with your food?"

"Y-yes! Yes, there was a fly in it!" She quickly stuttered out.

"Oh. I'll get you a replacement."

I went to the kitchen and grabbed her plate and the almond tofu for Xiao, placing it on my tray. I placed her food in front of her, Albedo's eyes now deadlocked on Xiao. They were visiting Liyue on behalf of research purposes funded by the Knights of Favonious. I sighed, walking over to Xiao and taking his plate, placing his new one in front of him. I sighed softly, sitting down.

"Don't overwork yourself." He muttered.

"You've been watching me do jobs like this for hundreds of years now. You know I can handle it." I shook my head, shaking off the weary feeling. "So strange, feeling tired and yet not being able to sleep."

"Mm."

I looked to see him eating the tofu, still having that flat expression on his face. I took the plate from him as he finished, continuing my work. I was just placing a tray on a table when I heard a loud thud and a bunch of clattering. I looked over to see Xiao collapsed on the floor, panting heavily. I quickly darted across the room, putting my arm through his.

"Are you alright?" I asked softly.

"I feel horrible... my entire body is hot..." He murmured. "I think I might be sick. Don't let the mortals see me like this."

I looked over at Albedo, who was writing something down. I motioned to a coworker to lead them out back with me, going around where no one could see.

"I feel horrible... my head hurts really bad..." I heard him hiccup.

"So it worked how I expected it to."

I quickly turned and growled at Albedo. "What did you do?! What's wrong with him?!"

"No worries. This should wear off in a couple days to a week-"

"A week?!" I grabbed my spear.

"It was just a small experiment I wanted to test..." He pulled out him sword. "I mean no harm, I assure you. He is absolutely fine."

"You have five seconds to explain why you decided to 'experiment' without his permission." I held my spear back. "Or I will decapitate you where you stand."

"As I told you, it is completely harmless. He's just going to act drunken for a little while. At most it will last three days, for him." I gripped further onto my spear the more he spoke. "I have never come across a calm immortal before-"

"I would have rather you took your sick experiment on me than him." I sighed. "I hate visitors from out of town. Come on, Xiao."

I put my arm around him. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience..." The girl whispered.
