Becoming Friends

Arturo drove Walter back to his house and Walter thanked him for giving him a ride home. As Walter was about to head inside, Arturo stops him for a second and said nervously.

Arturo: Hey umm...I know we've just met, but I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me, you know? so we can get to know each other.

Walter: Sounds great.

Arturo: Great! How about Saturday morning then.

Walter: Saturday morning it is.

Walter smiled at him in a cute way, in which made Arturo's face blushed a bit. They've shook hands and said their goodbye's and Walter watch Arturo drove off in his cool motorcycle.

Walter went inside, turned on the lights, and spotted Lovey, Jeff, and Crazy Eyes sitting on top of a couch, waiting for Walter to come home. Walter told his bird friend's about the new guy and everything. Lovey wanted to meet him and Jeff and Crazy didn't care, their just waiting for Walter so they could go to sleep.

Soon after, Walter received a text from Lance saying if he's home already? He applied yes. Next, he texted his friend Marty about him and Marty want all the details about him. He told him everything about him and Marty texted that he can't wait to meet him. A few minutes of texting back and forth later, Walter texted him goodnight and he, and his bird friends went to bed.

The next morning, Walter got up and get ready for work when he heard a knock on his door. He thought it was Lance picking him up, but when he opened the door, and there is Arturo holding two cups of coffee and a pastry. Walter was delighted.

Arturo: Morning, sorry for not calling or texting, I just want to surprise you with breakfast. Hope you don't mind?

That was sweet of him to do. Walter thought.

Walter: That's sweet, I've love surprises.

He smiled at him which made Arturo smiled too. Once they finished their breakfast, Walter texted Lance saying that Arturo is picking him up, they hopped in on the motorcycle, and drove off to work.

Meanwhile at the H.T.U.V., Lance is in the break room having his coffee and looking at his phone from the text Walter had send him when Marcy shows up and kisses him on the lips saying.

Marcy: Morning.

Lance: Morning.

Lance was looking on his phone.

Marcy: So...did you enjoy last night?

Lance: Yep...sure did.

Lance was STILL looking at his phone for more texts from Walter. Marcy noticed this and said.

Marcy: Are you even listing?

Lance stops what he's doing and said.

Lance: Uhh? Oh yeah yeah sorry, I was just waiting for a text from Walter again. He said Arturo is picking him up.

Marcy: The new Bio Scientist?

Lance: Yeah that one. It's just...I don't know? I have this feeling about him.

Marcy: He's new here, you'll see if you get to know him.

Then Eyes and Ears showed up and ears said.

Ears: Who gets to know who?

Marcy: That new Bio Scientist guy from yesterday.

Eyes: Ohh that guy. He's so handsome.

Eyes was blushing and daydreaming about Arturo that it made Ears want to gagged.

Lance: Does anyone met this guy but me?

Marcy: Well...

But just as Marcy was about to say anything, Walter and Arturo showed up, say good morning, and Arturo introduce himself to everyone. After that, they all went back to work just like any other day.

On the other hand, Lance started to notice how close Arturo was to Walter. It seems to bother him much, but he doesn't know why? He went back to work thinking that feeling would go away...but it didn't.
