Later that morning, Walter was getting ready to go to the farm to meet Arturo there for the missing records and documents since he "forgot" to bring them. Before that, Walter texted Arturo again about the records and Arturo replied that he'll bring them and to meet him at his family farm in the morning. Before that, he got a text from Lance. At first, he didn't wanna respond to him after their kiss, but see what he wants. Lance texted that they should meet up at a coffee cafe to talk. Walter was hesitated, but in his heart, he couldn't say no to Lance, even if he's gonna say "we can't be friends anymore", in his thoughts. He wanted to see him one last time before "if" it happens. He texted him he'll meet up with him later after receiving the bank records.

After finishing getting dressed, he feed his bird friends, had breakfast, and head out. He took his new moped scooter that Arturo bought for him a while ago and drive off to the ranch.

Once he's there at the ranch, he didn't see Arturo anywhere? He was about to call or text him, but saw somewhere there as well. It must be a worker working on the ranch. He got off the moped and walked towards the worker.

Walter: Excuse me, Have you seen Arturo anywhere?

The worker who goes by Jim Rodriguez was "kinda" taken by the name.

Jim: I'm sorry, you said Arturo Alvarez right?

Walter: Why! I'm waiting for him at his family ranch to pick up some documents he has, but hasn't showed up. I was wonder if you see him anywhere?

That names does not suit well with Jim. He explained to Walter.

Jim: I don't know what he tells you? but this is my family ranch.

Walter was shocked and very confused by this? Why was he talking about "his" family ranch?

Walter: No? This is Arturo's family ranch. After his parents died, they landed the ranch to Arturo and now has this big responsibility for it.

Jim: I'm afraid to tell you this, but this is my family's ranch. Me and Arturo know each other since college. But over the time, he's been lying about everything, steals from me, and I caught him trespassing onto my ranch several times when I'm out of the state. I has several restraining orders on him, but he don't care. And another thing, his parents are still alive. They're currently living in Mexico and hasn't talk with them since. Sorry you have to find out this way, you seem like a good kid for befriended him. Anyway, I've better get back to work, see ya.

Jim left leaving Walter with so much shock and angry. Not only that he steals money, but he lied about the ranch, and worst of all, he lied about his parent's being dead, but were alive this whole time. Walter was angry after all the lies, theft, and betrayal from Arturo. He was REALLY REALLY done with him. Arturo sounded frantic over the phone. Walter said "what's wrong?" Arturo explained that last time while he was walking, he was attacked and assaulted and beaten with a bat by gangs and stole his wallet and was beaten up really badly. He's currently at the hospital to get check out and wanted Walter there for support. Walter was shock and not mad anymore and was worrying about Arturo. (Walter is such a nice person). Walter went on his moped and drive to the hospital.

After arriving at the hospital Walter is with Arturo waiting for the doctor for the results. They stayed silent for a while until the doctor came in and wanted to speak with Walter in private. Walter went with the doctor and the doctor said to him.

Doctor: We've did a physical examination on your fiance, and there's no physical evidence from a assault. The bruises he said he has, there paint that looks like real bruises, but not.

Walter: Are you certain?

Doctor: Yes, I'm very certain. I'm sorry. I don't know what to tell you.

Walter couldn't believe it again. Arturo lied to him AGAIN. But lying saying he was attacked is just gone TOO FAR. Arturo peeked at their conversation and knew what their talking about. He started to get panic.

After finishing the examination, Walter walked outta the hospital in a fit of rage. Arturo started to follow him and tried to stop him. He called his name a bunch of times, but Walter kept on walking.

Arturo: Walter. Walter, stop! Walter! Walter!

Walter turned around and faced Arturo with so much anger and hurt and shouted at him.

Walter: ARTURO, ENOUGH!

Arturo stopped at his tracks.

Walter: How could you lie about this? HOW?

Arturo: The doctors--

Walter: NO! How can I trust you after what everyone said to me?

Arturo was hesitates with his words.

Arturo: Like, there's no---

Walter: Arturo, your story keeps changing. I've had enough of this.

As Walter was about to walk away, Arturo hold onto his arm to let him explain.

Arturo: I did not lie. I'm telling you the truth. Please. Now, you gotta believe me. Let me explain to you.

Walter let go of his grip.

Arturo: You're letting them convince--

Walter: Arturo, stop. I'm done.

Arturo stopped talking.

Walter: I want the records. That's it.

Arturo: Follow me to my apartment, I have the records.

Arturo drive in his motorcycle and headed to his apartment complex and Walter follows him.

Meanwhile, Lance sits at a table outside of the coffee cafe, waiting for Walter to showed up. He knew that Walter was gonna pick up the the bank statements and records from Arturo, but didn't think it would take that long? Lance wonder if Walter is still mad at him, and maybe that's why he's not here. Lance must have screwed big time and took a sip of his coffee.

Walter and Arturo arrived at his apartment complex. They both got off of their vehicles and they stayed silence until Arturo spoke first.

Arturo: I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

He started to sob but Walter didn't even look at him.

Arturo: You're my fiance, and I let you down.

Walter: Arturo, stop.

Walter turned his head facing Arturo.

Walter: I don't even wanna hear it. I need the bank statements. I need the records. Do you have them?

Arturo: Yes!

Walter: Everything?

Arturo: Yes, all of it.

Walter: Do you, or are you lying again?

Arturo inhales and said.

Arturo: I have them in my room.

Walter: Let's go. Now.

While Walter follows Arturo to his place, a middle age women came out of her place to do some errands and said to the gardener, who's a friend of hers.

Neighbor: Since when do you work in Saturday's?

Gardener: Whoo-wee! Since my daughter went to study in another state. So here we are.

She chuckles and went a head and the gardener continued his work.

We see Arturo opened the door with his room key and let himself and Walter inside. Then he closes the door.
