Do You Love Walter?

After his emotional confession to Walter, Lance left the room by the doctor tell Lance to go home and get some rest, he'll let him know if there's anything yet. At first, Lance didn't wanna leave Walter's side. He already felt guilty for not being there for Walter, he couldn't leave him again. But deep down, he knew that feeling exhausted and hungry isn't gonna do any good, so he decided to head home and rest and get something to eat. As he walks outta the room, he saw Marcy sitting in the waiting room, waiting for him. Lance walks towards her and she got up and ready to leave with him.

The ride home is intense, they didn't talk the whole way home, just silence. As they got to Lance's home, Lance slump onto the couch, feeling like his life came crashing down and could not pulled through. Marcy breaks the silence.

Marcy: Lance, there's something I wanna ask?

But Lance stays quiet, he doesn't wanna talk right now. But Marcy still say something anyway.

Marcy: Do you love Walter?

When she said that, Lance was shocked, how could she know? He didn't want Marcy to find out this way! He wanted to tell her when he feels like the right time, and this is not the right time to do so.

Marcy: I went by to visit Walter, and I saw you there. I heard you confessing your love to him. Tell me...is it true?

Lance looked at her and put on a happy/sad smile on his face with tears coming down his face. She knew what it is.

Lance: I'm sorry Marcy.

He apologized to her. Then he breath in and out and finally...he tells her everything. He told her about pretending to be happy for Walter and Arturo, but in reality...he was very jealous and hurt by it. He also admitted to her that he kissed Walter and they almost had sex that other night. He wanted to tell her his feeling to Walter a while back, but he was too much of a chicken to say anything. He didn't want to hurt her, but his feelings for Walter grows more strong everyday.

After hearing all that, Marcy didn't know what to make of it? She should be angry at Lance for cheating on her with his best friend! But seeing Lance so broken, makes her feel sorry for him, even though he cheated on her. She hugs him for comfort and Lance was both shocked and surprised. He thought she was gonna yelled or hit him for cheating on her, but she just, hugged him. He doesn't know how he feels anymore.

Marcy: I know you must be confused as to why I haven't screamed or even hitting you now?

Lance looks at Marcy with tears still going down his face.

Marcy: Deep down, I kinda knew your close relationship with Walter, but I just brushed it off, thinking you've might get over it! But I guess I was wrong?

Lance: So you're not mad?

Marcy: I want you to be happy, Lance!

She said with tears strolling down her face.

Lance keeps repeated the word "I'm Sorry" over and over again cause, he really is sorry for hurting her. But Marcy said it's okay, and that she forgives him. They continued their serious talk for what it seems hours, until Marcy decided to head on home.

After she left, Lance begin to feel a little better since Marcy knew the hole time that Lance felt something about Walter, even before Lance knew it himself. He's glad everything works out and that Marcy decided to be just friends between them. But not everything is fine, he still waiting for Walter to wake up soon, so that he could declared his love for him when he wakes up. But who knows if he ever wakes up? The doctor said it could be days, weeks, months, or even years? Lance didn't wanna think about it! All he wants is for Walter to wake up!
