Please Wake Up!

After many hours of waiting, the surgeon comes out and tells them that Walter will be okay, but he's in a coma and don't know when he'll wake up? Everyone here felt both relieved and worried at the same time. Including Lance, who desperately want to see him. Walter's grandmother said to the surgeon with a worried look on her face.

Walter's Grandmother: Is there something you can do?

Surgeon: All we can do now it wait. You may see him if you like.

Walter's Grandmother: Thank you.

The surgeon escorts Walter's grandmother to the room where Walter is. One by one all of Walter's close friends came to the hospital to see him. Lance waited for his turn to see him because the doctor said only 1 or 2 people at a time for right now. Lance waited patiently. After Walter's grandmother and Marty is done being with Walter side, he called out to Lance.

Walter's Grandmother: Would you like to see him?

Lance: Yes.

Walter's Grandmother escorts Lance to Walter's room. As they got there, Walter's Grandmother stops Lance and hugs him and he hugs her back. Then said to him.

Walter's Grandmother: Thank you for being there for my grandson Lance. It really means a lot.

Lance: Of course.

Walter's grandmother leave the room to give Lance some privacy. Alone, Lance sits beside Walter as he lays down in his bed, hooked up with machines, still not waking up. Lance's heart broke just seeing Walter like that. He should be laughing and enjoying life, not like this. Lance held Walter's hand and squeeze it, but not too tight.

Lance: Walter?

He said in a emotional way.

Lance: Hey buddy, it's Lance.

Walter was unresponsive. Lance hopes by talking to him, he'll wake up. So he continued to talk.

Lance: You're gonna be okay, you here?

Walter still unresponsive. While holding Walter's hand, a few tears coming down Lance's face. He couldn't control his emotions.

Lance: I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Walter. I should have been there. I should have protected you. Please wake up.

Lance looked up with more tears in his face. He never cried this much when he thought Walter was killed by Killian over a year ago.

Lance: Walter I...I...I LOVE YOU!

Lance shouted his confession.

Lance: I love you Walter. I know I should have said it before and I'm sorry. I know I had a girlfriend, but I couldn't stop thinking of you. When you start dating Arturo, it hurts deep inside. But when he proposed to you and you said yes, it killed me even more. Remember the times we've spent together? I swear, I never had this much fun in a long time before I met you.

Lance laughed a bit, and continued his emotional love confession to Walter.

Lance: Please Walter, wake up. Not just for me, but for your grandmother, and your friends who needs you to fight.

Lance got up, looked at Walter and touch his face with his hand gently. He lead out more tears.

Lance: Please don't leave me. I don't know what I would do if no longer here? You've give me light and joy that I never had in a very long time. Please Walter, don;t leave me.

Lance lowered his face down to Walter's face and kiss him on the lips. When he didn't know is that Marcy was standing in the hallway a few feet from Walter's hospital room and the door was wide opened and she saw and heard everything. She walks outta here while Lance confessed his love to Walter.
