Chapter Thirty

"Peach and mint is what I want. If you want me to become a fucking bridezilla keep dropping your ideas. But lemme tell you, I will bring my diva out faster than.. no I can't say that. That's sexual and my moms right there", Nash says. Me, Nash, his mom, and Skylnn are all sitting in his living room. They called me here because well, I'm amazing.

"Nash baby, no one is arguing with you. You're stressing, I know. Just calm down and take a breath, please", Mrs. Floys says. "I know it's stressful but just calm down and stop yelling at us. We're trying to help. We only asked you what kind of candles you want on the tables at the reception". Nash puts his face in his hands and I have to hold back a laugh.

"Dude! You're only 18 and you're getting married, if you wanna scream and get your frustration out, do it. No one's gonna judge you. But I think you should use a lavender scented candle. It can be the color of Mint.. or.. mint color. Whatever you call it", I say. Nash just looks at me. "Or not.. whichever".

"I don't wanted scented candles! Why would I want candles stinking up the place? That would be a tragedy to be honest, have you guys ever planned a wedding before?", Nash argues.

"Yes, two, actually. I've been married twice, this is your first time. You want it to be perfect, so do I. So please just give your opinions and things you want. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, DON'T YELL AT ME SON!", She says. Nash groans but calms down a little when he sees Cameron comes through the door.

He sits beside Nash and puts an arm around him. "Ooo mint and peach. That was my choice", he says. We all look at Nash. So that's why he stressed it so much. Because he wanted it to be what Cam wanted. Oh my god. GOALS.

So, this goes on for about 2 more hours until I get a call from Shawn, who was with Cameron when they went shopping for groomsmen stuff but then he dropped him off somewhere.

I answer the phone,"Hey hun". He tells me to meet him at Starbucks. I hang up the phone and say goodbye to everyone, then leave. Ha! Make mamma Grier/Floyd to take care of that groom zilla.

I jump in my car and make my way to the coffee shop. When I arrive, I get out of my car and go inside. I see Shawn sitting there talking to a blonde girl who's standing up. I walk over to them and sit down acrossed from Shawn. "Hi", I greet, making sure the girl know's who I am. They totally ignore me until she walks away.

"That was important, if you get jealous I'll cut you", he says. I laugh a little and Shawn hands me my drink. "Um, so, I..uh". I just look at him. He bites his lip nervously and takes something out of his pocket and my eyes get wide. Oh my god.

He puts a small black box on the table and looks away. I pick it up and it's a ring. A promise ring. Not an engagement ring. "It's a promise ring. We're too young to get married, but this is a promise that one day we will. Do you accepit it?", He asks. This is happening so fast.

"Duh, but.. why did you just do it so fast?", I ask, picking up the ring from the box and looking at it. It's black and it has like.. when you might die, those lines or whatever and it has a heart. Okay! I don't know how to explain this. But like, I'll love you until I die. Think of that. (A/N: Picture on the screen somewhere)

"I was so scared and nervous. So I freaked out. I had a huge plan with flowers and a lake and everything but you know, things change and I lose my romance when I feel like I'm gonna puke cheese", He explains. I laugh a little lean over the table and kiss him gently.

"I'll love you..forever and ever and ever, I promise", I say.

A/N: So, not an engagement, more like a pre-gagement. And it happened so choppy and quickly but I didn't wanna go all out. I know it was probably really bad but, I'm happy (: Next chapter is.. the end. I'm sorry
